Let me tell you how wonderful Zack Rahhal, the owner of this business is. I posted a search for help on my town fb page for what I thought according to the message on my computer was the o/s needed to be replaced on my 3 month old laptop purchase. I don't know if he would do this for everyone, but I called him this morning, explaining I don't have a car right now and if I could get it to him since he lives in town. He showed up within an hour of speaking, and explained upfront what the cost would be, a reasonable price with a minimal fee for picking it up. I asked if repair by tomorrow would be possible since I use it for my business. He called me about 2 hours later to tell me that the hard drive is gone; he looked up the date the laptop was issued and told me to contact the computer company since it's still under warranty, giving me advice, what to expect. I asked how much and he told me no charge. He is even dropping it off to me this evening. What a great man. read more

I went to my office on a Saturday morning to complete a project that was due on Monday. I sat down with my cup of coffee pushed the start button and nada. My computer would not start up. I grabbed my computer and drove over to Advantage Computer. There were two guys working that morning. My computer was fixed by early afternoon and I was able to complete my project by Monday morning. Great job Advantage! I took my PC to Micro Center for a problem I had loosing my video and spoke to Harry(?) who must have been a used car salesman. Oh my PC was old, off warranty, how much money did I want to spend on it, did I have a back up...? It started with a $40 diagnostic fee, not unreasonable be wanted to backup my computer "just in case". I asked if my computer could be compromised doing diagnostics. He said you never know and he would recommend the back up $150. With my head spinning I left went to Advantage. I recently stopped in here when my Apple laptop was having issues and they couldn't have been more helpful. They were very knowledgable and started working on my laptop right away, not like other stores that may charge a deposit and have you come back another time.
