They have not done one thing that they say they are going to do with the exception of a return phone call today. They've told me many times: in fact about 10 times, my data would be ready to be picked up tomorrow or the next day. They also say they'll call with updates. Friday they told me it will be ready Monday, and so I took time off work Tuesday to pick up toward the end of the day. Now they are telling me 3 more days! WHAT?? I have no idea how they got this many 5 star reviews. They have done nothing trustworthy so far in this 30 day experience. At least be honest with people. I know enough about computers and data transfer to know bullsh*t when I hear it. 1 star. Beware.

They thought I needed a new battery, which they didn't have for my phone. iFix 4U found that by the time I got there, the phone was charging again, and didn't need a new battery after all. The problem was solved, and I didn't have to pay a cent. I also got excellent advice about future purchase of a replacement of my old but still functioning iPad. I was very happy with their service, advice, and honesty. Can't wait for more problems, so I can go back there again!

Then one day after, the speakers, and microphone were disconnected of the computer. I called him again,and he told me his price was again $ 350 plus taxes. So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.
