They were very professional, had the most current technology to scan for damage inside the walls, and made plans for the 1st part: demolition! I ended up with the laundry gutted, the carpet padding removed, and a significant portion of the living room/bedroom wall being removed. Then I had to wait for my insurance to catch up. When that got settled, Ryan sent in another team to do the restoration which included new carpet padding, stretching & repairing the carpet, installing new drywall, patching the holes from where the heating machines had to go into the wall, painting (they went to Home Depot and did color matching), and shampooing the carpet. From the very first day, I just had a sense that Ryan and his team were honest and that they would do a good job. I was NOT disappointed! We lucked out by calling these guys! They removed tiles with glue containing asbestos from a…read moreconcrete floor, then hand polished the concrete underneath. Then, they removed 80% of the house's drywall, it's about a 3200 square-foot house-in one weekend. That's right, two days. Not even two full days-they were finished by Sunday early afternoon. That wasn't even the most amazing thing-they mopped and vacuumed. By the time we came in, the place was spotless. Cleaner than before they came in. The owner Miguel takes a lot of pride in his work. You can see it in his face when he shows you around afterwards-he is good, and is proud of that! Even our general contractor was floored by Miguel's company's performance. The final thing I will add-we had quotes from three different companies, and Miguel's was the lowest. By FAR the lowest- 1/3 of the highest bid. Even though his bid was the lowest-he promised the most work, even hand polishing the concrete. Promised-and then he delivered. We have two more rooms that need the drywall removed-but those will be later in the renovation. We will only call Miguel for those- no need to seek anybody else. Before purchasing the property I had called to get a rough estimate of the cost from these folks. They answered all my questions and were super friendly. Upon purchasing he house I called back told them the exact address and they told me that they had reviewed the property months earlier for another perspective buyer. Jim and jimmy showed up and provided me with the comprehensive report of the property that the previous guy had paid for, a super nice and super honest thing to do. Eddie showed up, did the work in the exact time quoted, and left my house cleaner than I gave it to them. They were not the cheapest, but If I had to do it again there is no question who I would use.
