He was able to help me identify what things were a priority, and what things were just surface items. The information was concise and very helpful. They had a special going and I felt I got a really good price for all the work that they did. A solid three hours. It's also nice to have a link with a lot of photographs of my new home. I texted on May 23rd saying I had not heard from the technician. I never did hear from the technician, and no one came on the 25th. No follow-up from the company. On June 3rd I texted them again saying I had not heard from them, but we still wanted to do it. Rescheduled for Monday June 9th. On the preceding Friday they asked if we could move it to Tuesday the 10th. I said fine. On Tuesday morning they told me it would not work for them that day, and that they would knock $100 off the price in consideration of the repeated inconvenience and come on Wednesday, today, the 11th. Today, no show and no call. It is now 27 days after my original contact and this work has still not been done. I'm going to have to find someone else.

Our general contractor recommended Scott and Enviro Excellence, and we are very glad he did. As others have mentioned here, Scott was a consummate professional: he was incredibly communicative, on-time, and very, very thorough. We appreciated that throughout the entire process, Scott was more than willing to explain what he was doing and why it mattered. He was required to take a number of samples from throughout our house, but did so in a way that was not overly disruptive and in a way that wouldn't look too bad in the stretch before any holes made get repaired (or completely ripped out). He met all timelines he promised for delivery of the results and was incredibly helpful in talking us through not only the results, but what they meant in terms of next steps around abatement. While we never wanted to get news that we had asbestos that needs to be taken care of, we were lucky to have Scott help us to understand what that meant even to recommend some people who could do the work to clean the asbestos up. Radon Safety LLC quoted the sellers $1398.00 for the installation. I received the check at closing for the work to be completed. When the radon company tech came out, he said it would be an additional $300.00 because he had to hire another company to core a hole in my foundation. He then had to make a call to coordinate with the other company to set up another appt when they were both available. I had to take another day off of work, but they both showed up and the job was completed in about 2 hrs. At the very least, they should have requested what type of foundation the home had before quoting the work. I called the office to tell them they should honor the quote, and I was told by Amanda that the extra cost was "unavoidable". It was ABSOLUTELY AVOIDABLE had they quoted the job accurately! Not happy that I had to pay the added charge out of my pocket when I could have received the entire amount from the sellers. Beware of the extra charges from this company.

Fast forward to September, I called and Holly scheduled me an install for two weeks later. The installer, Alejandro showed up right when I expected him between 8 and 9 AM. He could not have been kinder and asked me where I would like the system set up and let me know it was going to take about four hours to complete the job. Post install, we were left with a radon tester and were told to give them a call if we experienced any issues (such as the system making a loud noise). I followed up with Holly later in the day and settled up my balance and she emailed me the warranty. From start to finish this company delivered... Amazing customer service, professionalism, and a fair price. I could not be more pleased
