These guys touched my cart and returned it broken not once but twice. The first time was in my driveway so they took it to their shop to break it more and all they wanna do is point the finger at the customer for their incompetence. THEY IGNORED THEIR OWN INSPECTION REPORT proving my side mirror wasn't broken and was flapping around. They insisted I sent it there like that. Any driver would have noted it in their inspection paperwork and it IS NOT MARKED because it wasn't broken. Stay far far away and I have plenty of documentation if anyone wants to reach out to me. These guys are terrible. Danielle, Matthew , and Richard are 3 dingbats and unable to take accountability for a CHEAP PART that I could care less about. BEWARE! Read reviews before bringing your golf cart here. It took them over six months to fix mine, and when I finally got it back, it had new problems it never had before. This is a safe and good place for your cart when in need! This was a case where the customers not always right this customer was wrong and jump to conclusions that were wrong! From the first moment when the driver came and picked up my cart, as I was stranded on the side of the road, to this moment that I am writing this review update, I owe a huge apology to this company and to anybody who read this message because this is a good place this is the right place if your cart needs attention! Terrible experience . I was referred to them from my club. My cart still does not work. They ignored specific issues. When I scheduled the repair, I told them about the battery dying after I removed the sound bar after it fell leading to the cart not working. Instead, They charged me for unrelated issues and were paid in full and are doing. They are not offering to pick up the cart properly to finally do what they said they were going to do and instead, want me to drop off a charger to see if that's the issue when I know it's not. Our city just went golf cart friendly and our cart needed a a street legal kit added. While it was there I also had a soundbar, underbody lights and had bearings replaced. My cart was ready in a timely fashion and price was exactly what was quoted. Best in the biz 5 stars!! read more

Parts department is great. However business practices are ancient. Paid by card and returned next day for them to hit me with a restocking fee that was never listed and posted at point of sale and issued refund by check via snail mail. It's 2023, no reason to still operate this way. read more

Only providing one star because I can't provide no stars. Company came out and provided a preventative maintenance check on the golf cart and had a couple recommendations that were valid - James was great. They (the office personnel) said that an estimate would be provided on Monday. The estimate that was provided basically said that we had to pay for the cart to be brought to their shop and then for another hour to look it over - which is what they already did at our residence. They then said that they won't provide even an estimate without us paying for it. Hard to do business with a company that you have to pay, to then just pay more. Use them as an ultimate last resort and probably not even then. read more

They took forever and cost too much - and that was just for picking up parts! their service rates are higher than a car dealer charges for servicing your car. I was very unhappy with my experience there and would NOT recommend them to anyone else. the parts are cheaper on the internet and you'll probably get them sooner. read more
