Can you believe that? Well it's true. Thanks you guys we'll definitely recommend you. You guys have the best houses on the market and believe me we've seen many in a year-and-a-half of driving through many different mobile home Parks in our opinion your homes are better quality than Pacifica manufactured homes. It took me over two weeks since I provided the documentation asked for that is needed to get a per-approval and I did not hear anything. I was told that within a week I will know what I qualify for or if I do not qualify. Both older Hispanic ladies were trying to ask for $500.00 to save a manufactured home while we run the pre approval process. Where does that come from and what is it called? Who keeps that money and how would I get it back if I didn't get approved. If someone came with $200,000 cash, would they save it for me because they had my $500.00? Shady people and some sketchy is going on in that place. I did not received any calls, text or emails since the last call I received a week later just to ask about some documents that were attached on my email but were overseen. After two weeks of silence and did not get call for a simple denial, thank you, sorry or anything of that nature I sent out a big email telling the agent I will write a bad review on YELP. She then replied with a copy of her district manager business card and with some numbers that were irrelevant to me. I would expect a bit more professionalism from someone in this business, lacking on the customer service skills, no communication at all to follow through. Very bad grammar and spelling via email and texts. I would not cut words or use slang when talking with a potential customer/buyer. Horrible experience for a potential first time buyer. read more
