We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well. The follow-up customer service has been disappointing, unfortunately…read more After waiting several months to have leaks in my new awnings addressed, and after experiencing multiple rainfall events that clearly demonstrated the system installed by Home Improvements by Tim Allard is not adequately configured to handle the water load, I contacted the office and sent several text messages to Tom. Unfortunately, the response time for follow-up service has been extremely delayed--measured in months rather than days or weeks. The gutters on the awnings installed by Home Improvements by Tim Allard overflow significantly during normal rainfall. Before purchasing and installing the two 62-foot awnings, I specifically asked whether the system would be capable of handling the expected surface water runoff. I was assured that it would. However, it does not. Eventually, Scott returned to inspect the issue and acknowledged both the overflow problem and the need for an additional downspout. I purchased these awnings with the expectation that they would include a complete and properly designed drainage system capable of performing their intended function. I am now being told that I must pay an additional expense to install the downspouts necessary to make the system function adequately. This is not what I was originally told, and it raises a concerning question: Why would a system be sold and installed if it was not sufficient for the job from the start? I trusted Home Improvements by Tim Allard to provide a complete solution. Instead, the project remains incomplete, and I am left with overflowing gutters--a problem that did not exist with my previous system. I believe this issue should be corrected without additional cost to me, as the current configuration does not meet the expectations that were established at the time of sale. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly.

Integrity sent out Rick & Matt to me and they did a great job explaining everything to a person with has little to no knowledge of leveling a mobile home. They came prepared to the worst case scenario in which that was me. I was so happy to no longer feel like I was claiming up/down a hill inside my home. She contacted this bearded man who came to give her a quote. He started at 2500 for a simple mobile home roof repair. When my mother would not except price he lowered it all the way down to 1275 still promising same work for same contract. He repeatedly insisted my mother not be there when he performed work. When I got off work that day I decided something was funny about the situation and decided I would stop be my mothers house. I arrived at the same time she did to find both men, a big Santa clause looking guy and a man of Hispanic decent drinking beer. When I told the man I was going to go on the roof and check he began to panic. He said I cannot go on the roof because he had put his ladder away. So I went over to my mothers shed and put a ladder next to it, climbed up and looked on the roof, he had painted the area of access to the roof so I could not go up onto the roof. So we paid him the money and decided that I would check the roof the next day. The next day when I went to check the roof, I noticed that he did a quarter of what he promised my mother, So basically $1275 to paint the perimeter of the roof and caulk a little here and a little there. To make it look like he recaulked the perimeter which he promised in contract. I highly recommend you don't use this guy. He is completely dishonest and untrustworthy.
