They are crooks and liars! I bought my first home through them and was totally screwed. After 12 days the house flooded. It cost me $5500.00 for new pipes. Before I moved in it cost me $2,000.00 for a new AC condenser. I also had to spend $1,400.00 on a new refrigerator. After 10 months my kitchen flooded but that was due to the new water line hose from refrigerator had cracked and sprung a leak. Another 5 months the shut off valve to toilet in master bathroom cracked and flooded the bathroom for a second time and ruined my brand new flooring. I had to spend another $1,1000.00 and replace all shut off valves throughout the house! Roto rooter ripped me off for $520.00 for two of them one on each toilet. The inspector Dan who the Cindy Crawdord from MHC called did not do his job at all. All closets are broken. I took them to small claims court in August 2021 and the inspector Dan never answered the door for process servers and I was only one physically in court while Cindy Crawford, Joyce Parcels were on Zoom. All of a sudden the piece of shit inspector pops on the screen. The Judge was a real duck and allowed Dan the inspector to be both of those lying women's witness. All 3 of them lied many times to the judge and I lost my $10,000.00 plus $320.00 court costs. This house has been a nightmare from hell and a money pit. I'm broke now and out $21,000.00 on top of the $160,000.00 I paid for it. The realtor Cindy also lied to me and said this park was rent control and she's full of shit. I'm not able to go back to edit and remove one zero. I paid $1,100.00 for 8 angle stops not $11,000.00. I'm very upset that I ever bought this damn house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I've been looking in the San Diego area for a year and a half and met Joyce at one of her open houses that she does every Sunday and hit it off with her. Buying a mobile home is not like buying a house you get the person selling the home whether you like them or not and I had ran into quite a few ridiculous sales people.
