Josh just finished re-leveling my mobile home and I can't tell you how impressed I am with this young man and the quality of the work. He came over to check out the house the day after I called, and after taking all the measurements, he was able to give me a quote on the spot. One company I contacted sent a guy out to do the measurements, but that's all you knew how to do, then somebody else was going to have to give me a quote (which they said I would get Friday, it's now Monday afternoon and I haven't heard a word) after which they would send out another group of guys to do the work. Joshua did our first re-level back in 2018 after buying a mobile home that was way over due for one. He took care of us and threw in extra parts while charging a reasonable price. We recently called him back for a larger re-level job that required adding additional support piers around the perimeter of the home since there was a lot of sagging around the edges. He and his worker did a great job and the home feels a lot more sturdy with less sway (feels solid) and there's a definite improvement with the uneven floors. I needed to have my mobile home releveled and evaluated after the flooding in January. Months after the flood, the doors were not shutting correctly. Joshua came over with his lasers and he showed me the problem immediately! The back of the mobile home was 1" off and needed attention so Joshua drew up and explained a fair proposal and the work was complete within a few days. The doors now open and close like they should. Josh at Laser ReLevel is the best. I had him come out to my mobile home 10 years ago, that's correct, 10 years ago and give me an estimate to relevel my old mobile home. The mobile home belonged to my mother in law and she had never done any work on it. Due to to mobile home being neglected for so long, it needed a ton load of work which scared many companies but not Josh. He was honest about the work and gave me a fair quote. Recently purchased a 1966 Mobil home. It had not been leveled in more than 20 Years. Met with Joshua (he was on time that is very important for me) and after the free inspection. He gave me both good and bad news. I set up a day for the work to be completed. Again, he and his crew showed up on time and began releveling our 1966 Mobil home. After completing the work (took most of the day) all doors fully closed, and I did not feel like a drunken sailor (USN-Retired) walking down the hall. Joshua is very knowledgeble about manufactured homes- not only did he come out and give a reasonable price for our home relevel, but he also detected a leak in our A/C condensate pipes under the house, and came back to take a video when my A/C people said it wasn't there. In addition, I was able to find another A/C person to fix the leak for a 1/4th of what the former a/c people wanted to charge! Thanks Joshua for all your help and caring!
