This means that we have worked with countless contractors, service providers, painters, installers, and furniture companies - and Sara's service exceeded them all. She is responsive, patient, detailed, and committed to the best customer care, including being fully transparent with timelines and "what to expect". Her work is meticulous, beautiful and impeccable - our chairs look just as they did when we first purchased them, except with a better color and fabric, thanks to the number of options she has. Additionally, she works with her husband who is equally as wonderful - and willing to pick up/drop off the pieces (although we did not take him up on the offer).
