Jon Hoefling is top-notch!! Not only did he do an excellent job of guiding us in planning cubicle location for our law firm, he offered great suggestions without being a "pushy" salesman. We had a mix-up during delivery and three chairs that were an add-on were not delivered with our other items. Since we are 1 1/2 hours away from San Jose, I expected Jon to just refund the price of the chairs and tell us to go somewhere else. However, much to my surprise, he packed up the chairs and personally drove them to us that same day. What a guy! We will definitely come back as our firm (hopefully) continues to grow. read more

We came here today to buy some office chairs for our new business and we got some great deals. The guys who work here are really friendly and helpful, and the prices are fantastic. I did some research on chairs that are rated highly for ergonomics and quality, and Advantage Office Solutions carried 2 of the 3 brands I was looking for. The facility is large and there's lots of stuff to look through, but the deals are unbeatable. Some of the furniture is used, but it's in good condition and they will clean it before delivering it to you (yes, they deliver too!). The business was closed during their listed open hours on Saturday April 15th. Never had a chance to even look in their shop and totally wasted time making the trip. If you are not going to be open on Saturdays then update your hours. Your yelp page says you are open 10am- 2pm. read more

I worked with Christina to get cubicles, a conference table, break room table and chairs and lobby chairs for our new office. She was fantastic to work with through the whole process. I gave her a layout of the office and she went right into her cad software to layout options for us. Of all the places I visited, she was able to just tell me pricing as I walked through and looked at things, everywhere else took days to get back to me with pricing. This was my second experience with Jon & Advantage Office Solutions. Nothing but great things to say about this group. Jon remembered that I was always in the market for fire proof file cabinets and once again he came through for me. As of now we have bought about 10 fire proof cabinets from them.
