It started with an estimate from Ryan Strelcheck I can only describe as incredibly detailed and easy to understand. I was kept informed of my place on their schedule and when the painting started they were here EVERY day (3) until completed. The same painters, Tony, Martin and Max were here start to finish starting promptly at 7AM and as quiet as a church mouse. During the day there was no loud music blaring and at the end of the day there was NO mess left behind. The workmanship was great as was the communication for the questions I had during the job. In fact that is why I fired you in March. You were scheduled and cancelled one week and did not show up the following week without so much as a call or text. No donations! I prepaid you $1200 in November so you and your fiancé could go to California in December and be with her mom. And when Lora went into the room to talk to your fiancé it was to offer condolences. You were the one that went into detail of the unfortunate experience. Wow, what you can pull out of the air. I only blew up your phone to get my refund for an unfinished job. Your response was that you changed the cost of two completed jobs so you did not have to pay me back. I can go into much more detail but I am done! Consumers beware! This company has been reported to the BBB. Next will be small claims court.
