He said yes it could be cleaned and the pavers reused. he also said we could replace the pavers if we preferred. he spent a lot of time explaining how he would do it and how it would look, and he took a few minutes to provide estimates for both ways, both of which were very reasonable. We decided the next day to go with him for washing and reusing the pavers and when we asked if he could do it the next month he readily agreed to our timetable. the patio is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. while his crew was at our house, we asked them to extend the project by washing and resetting some stone landscape walls that were in bad shape. so they took care of that as well, and we couldn't be happier. what we especially liked about Daniel was his practicality and ability to reuse existing material. his price couldn't be beat, he was so responsive and we will definitely use him again.

I have had chinch bug problem in my lawn since last year which was destroying our front lawn. I was…read moremisdiagnosing the problem (thinking it was brown patch) all along and nothing seemed to work. Finally, I gave up and called Lawn doctor. Don (the owner) came to look over the lawn and he immediately found out the problem. He patiently explained to me the problem, showing the problem bug and even suggesting a solution. I was pleasantly surprised by his demeanor (very professional, not pushy) and decided to go with him for the application. Based on Don's suggestion, I could have been a prick and done the treatment myself from store purchased insecticides (I couldn't do it!). Don gave me a quote for two applications. I felt the quote was reasonable and justified. After the first application, the crew came to check the results. After checking the grass, (on the scheduled day of second application), I got a call that a second application was not necessary and therefore they hadn't applied it (and of course I wasn't charged for the second application). The company could have easily applied the second application and charged me for the same, and I would have probably paid for it without questioning. But the company didn't do it. It stuck to their morals. I personally felt very happy that such honest and trustworthy companies still exist even today. Now I know who to consult for all of my future lawn care needs and I would strongly recommend and endorse them for anyone looking for a lawn care company. (Note that I don't usually write out online reviews for companies, I only do so when I really feel touched by a companies gesture)

Randall and Son is hands down the best around and I recommend them without hesitation…read more I live in Schaumburg and we were hit with a freak hail storm in July last year that directly hit my house with golf ball and grape sized hail for about half an hour. Needless to say, the roof, deck and the siding of my house took a severe beating. I heard about Randall from a friend, so I gave them a ring and the owner, Ed, handled everything from the beginning like a pro. He came to my house and met with my State Farm claims representative when they came out to inspect the damage, which really put my mind at ease because I know insurance companies can be shady about what they cover. Thankfully, they determined that my whole house was totaled so there was no back and forth over that. Because my roof wasn't leaking, I asked Ed if we could hold off on doing all of the work until spring when I was sure no more hail storms would be blowing through, and he was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to schedule the work for mid-March. His actual team that did the work was awesome, especially Tito. Ed took care of all dealings with the insurance company, which was so appreciated since I'm a new homeowner and frankly had no idea what I was doing. I wish I could give these guys 10 stars instead of 5 because they truly earned it.
