Would highly recommend for gutter services! First used for gutter cleaning. Note we recently moved in and the gutters (under trees) had many years of very compact leaves, mud, shingle sand etc packed to the top. Like plants were growing out of the gutters. Ivan removed MANY bucket loads of material, and stayed probably 2-3x as long as usual, and didn't change the quote. Also fixed some minor dings & dents he saw. We discussed possible gutter guards or future cleaning, but he wasn't pushy at all. Very informative rather. Last week I decided to get gutter guards. To save cost he helped me decide which product to purchase myself (ended up from Costco). He came out and did a great job with the install! Ivan was almost beyond belief. Every part of the outside of our over 50 year old home was terribly dirty. When I asked him if he could really get it much cleaner he insisted that he could remove all the dirt and make it look almost new, but when I asked about an awning covered with green mold, etc., he was almost apologetic, saying he could make it look a lot better, but not like new. He said he had to do the entire house or it would look bad, since some parts would be spotless while other parts would still be black or semi-black with dirt. I said OK. He said the job should take 2-3 hours. When he came out, right on time, he began by moving everything away from the house, even a very heavy whiskey barrel filled with soil and flowers. He taped up everything before beginning. When he started to clean I was amazed at the results. Even the blackest siding, soffit, gutters, etc. came spotlessly clean, and he did EVERYTHING, even things I didn't think he would be cleaning. He even cleaned the hose reel he was using to get water. When he finished the awning I thought it looked really good, but he apologized again saying it wouldn't look as good when it dried. Our pavers were black from sap from a neighbor's tree. I really didn't think they could be cleaned, but he said he could make them look new. When he did them I saw him go and redo the worst sections. They looked fantastic when he was done. He finished and I paid him just to see him go in back and do the awning AGAIN, once again saying that it wouldn't be like new. Guess what. It looks almost like new!! He worked for over six hours on our home and charged $700. He is a true perfectionist. I recommend him highly. read more
