When I arrived, he described what he did to the lawnmower. Replacing the carburetor, sharpening the blades, draining the fuel tank. An overall check up. I cut my grass yesterday. With absolutely no issues. He did recommend that I replace the blade. And of course Amazon had something delivered the next day. Honda makes such a great product and it's rare in this day and age when something can actually be repaired. Mr. Raine is a solid, stand-up guy. True to his word. And he even gave me a guarantee/warranty till the end of the year. Said if anything comes up, just bring it back and we'll get you fixed up. I had previously tried a neighborhood lawn mower repair shop. It was money down the drain. If you have any issues with your lawnmower. Give Mr. Raine a call. He will get you set up. With a smile and a generous, genuine attitude. He's a solid dude.

We ran into some issues (there were issues before, but they had escalated due to lack of enough supervision) and I kept calling to check on the status on the waiting list. Thank the good Lord that we were able to start taking our son here. I love the photos I get throughout the day assuring me he is cared for well. He is still adjusting as he is crying during drop off AND pick up :). But once you enter the place you can see that it is clean and inviting. Ms. Jenna and the director Ms. Andrea have been phenomenal with answering questions and they are both just so sweet. You can tell they love what they do (the day of the tour they both were decked out for St. Patty's lol) The facility itself is very roomy with big classrooms. I like also the little porch area they have for the kids to still be able to play outside or get fresh air even if it were to rain a bit or be too hot to go all the way out without the cover of a roof. It's a gated porch and each classroom has their own so the kids are secured. My son is learning many things here already and I can't wait until he starts being able to vocalize more his new knowledge.

We needed to get rid of all the bugs and spiders that had set up shop in our newly-built home before and during our move-in. After reading several very positive online reviews, I decided to give Advantage Pest Control a try. They were super friendly and helpful when I spoke with them on the phone and sent someone out just 2 mornings later. The tech who came out was professional and thorough, explaining all treatments performed. He advised us that we might see an uptick in bugs in the days following treatment, but literally all we've seen in the month since they came out are 2 or 3 tiny spiders and a lone earwig. As someone who cannot stand creepy-crawlies, with a couple of kids who are equally grossed out by them, I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend! read more

We are new to Texas and now in a newly built home. After being here a few weeks we realized we needed a professional pest control service. Advantage had sent us an advertising card in the mail so I called them to schedule an appointment. The person I spoke to on the phone took time to explain their services and the different critters that their service would take care of. Having just moved to Texas I was quite surprised at the amount of bugs and pests in my yard. Advantage came out within 48 hours of me calling. The technician was prompt, courteous, and took the time to walk my property with me to show me what he had done and any potential problem areas. I am very pleased with Advantage pest control! I had my first service a few months ago and waited to do a review to see if I noticed any more pest activity. So far so good! After 2 weeks the ants were still just as bad, literally everywhere. My daughter couldn't sleep in her bedroom, we couldn't keep our laundry in laundry baskets, had to throw food away from our pantry constantly etc. when I called back to have them come back out they told me it would be another week to get someone out here. They came out again, told me to wait 2 weeks and still no improvement. This continued for 4 months, and 5 visits until finally things improved but my guess is it had more to do with the season than the treatments. When I called to cancel my service they told me I'd have to buy out my contract, it's just been insane. The provided horrendous service and held me to the contract. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else!
