My husband and I have had problems with ants coming up our master bathroom bathtub. I called Advantage Pest Control and they immediately set up an appointment for service. We had a technician out who treated the inside and outside of our home. What I love about this company is that if you continue to have issues, they will come out and treat at no additional cost. I feel much better knowing we have such a consistent pest control service and I really appreciate their excellent customer service. read more

I recently built my first home in December and started noticing ants and spiders a few months later. I thought I could take care of it myself with over the counter sprays, but had a guy friend come over and said I definitely needed to hire a pest control service. I searched online and saw the great reviews for Advantage and called to see their next available appointment. At this point, I was freaked out that I needed service ASAP and asked if there was any way someone could come today and they were able to re-arrange their schedule to send a technician out THAT DAY! Not only was the technician very professional, explaining why and what he was doing step by step, but he also went into my attic to sweep and spray (which my friend said even his service doesn't do, and he owns multiple properties throughout Texas). Which they do with every service! I feel such a sense of relief knowing I'm taken care of thanks to Advantage! read more

So originally I was using aptive pest control because they're predatory and come to your door to pick you up but I began to have issues with them and their product which led me to call advantage instead they were quick to get to me and fix what could've became a roach problem. Amber also has the best customer service and was able to give me pre instructions to prepare for my service and set me up with the earlier appt she had. Thank you guys so much Im so glad I found you and started using you guys for my quarterly bug spray as well read more

My Husband & I recently purchased a new Home. And of course- We enjoy the nice AC in the Summer/Spring; and the Heat in the Winter/Fall... The only problem- SO DOES 'the BugZzz'. We noticed- Spiders, Ants, Crickets, Etc- becoming tenants, that called themselves sucking up our good air, and not pitching in on the mortgage. We purchased the 'DIY (do-it-yourself)' pest killers from Walmart & Home Depot... And I'll be lying to you if I said 'that stuff didn't work'- because it did... But- it wasn't 'controlling' our home 100% GUARANTEED! That's when I shopped around for prices & 'success rates'. 'Advantage Pest Control' sent out 'Mr. Cricket' to our home... and he was really professional, as well as personal. (We don't care for uptight people)... And- the fact that they *GUARANTEE* our home; and at $28/month (no extra signup/ no extra 1st visit)- had me! I would RECOMMEND this company, hands down. As he was spraying- he got EVERY corner, seal, window, and baseboard- he could- in this house. So far... I'm SATISFIED. Can say how much these guys are a joke. The other reviews have to come from family and friends. 89$ a month and sometimes they just come out and walk around and do absolutely NO TREATMENT of any kind. my insect problem has gotten worse and over the course of 6 months they have sprayed my house twice and set one rat trap!! The worst part is no one came back to get the trap I had to get with a decaying rat inside. Go elsewhere save yourself the trouble and money. read more

We switched to Advantage from Orkin, and I wasn't impressed with any aspect of my experience. when we brought up the fact there were spiders inside the house after their visits, the tech gave a super detailed explanation of how spiders walk differently than other bugs so it takes longer for them to die. Meanwhile there were never bugs in the house with Orkin. The tech also claimed on several occasions that he rang the bell but there was no answer so he just sprayed outside, but I work at home and that didn't happen. read more

This team was great! I was having an ant problem in and around my home, and they came the next day after I called! The gentleman even educated us on the products and what to expect afterwards. I tend to dismiss those reviews since they don't really have much skin in the Yelp game. There were just two elite reviews and that was a red flag to me as well. Nonetheless, I decided to give this company a chance and got a same day appointment to rid us of our carpenter ant issue. We've had carpenter ants running up and down our garage exterior for a long time and in the last few days we've had flying ants show up in our living room. It was time to bring in the pros. One thing you need to be aware of is that you can schedule an appointment for this service, but like most pest control companies, they will insist on a quarterly service agreement on top of the initial service. Our initial service cost was $134 which included a $75 discount that came with a $53 monthly payment for each quarterly visit. That comes to over $700 a year ( not including termite issue) for the basic service which does not apply to fire ants. Since I accepted the discounted initial service I had to sign up for a years worth of service before I had the option to cancel. That's something you need to keep in mind because that's a lot of money just to snuff out a few ants. The one and done service doesn't really pay the bills, it's the subscription service that drives the business. My same day appointment was scheduled between noon and three, they ( tech +trainee) showed up shortly after two. I let the tech know about the ant issue and we walked around the perimeter of the property while he swept away wasp nests. Inside he sprayed some powder in the upstairs attic while looking for any possible rodent infestation. The tech did spot some termite activity at the corner of the garage. After spraying the perimeter and infected areas with poison, he then treated the yard with ant bait that looked like Andro. We decided against spraying chemicals indoors due to sensitivities. The discovery of termites greatly added to the bill as pictured below. I'll go ahead and get the termite service and the quarterly check up during the contract period. I thought I would include all the bills and pertinent information so that you can get some idea of what you might experience. One thing that did catch me off guard was that after they left, I received a brief survey which then led me to a tip screen for the tech. It's not that he didn't deserve a tip, it was just the first time I had seen this form of online solicitation. Overall great experience with knowledgeable and friendly techs, not real happy about being funneled into a monthly payment plan for quarterly visits, but we'll see where that leads. Check out the photos. Possible updates may follow.....perhaps leading to a 5th star.

You can tell they love what they do (the day of the tour they both were decked out for St. Patty's lol) The facility itself is very roomy with big classrooms. I like also the little porch area they have for the kids to still be able to play outside or get fresh air even if it were to rain a bit or be too hot to go all the way out without the cover of a roof. It's a gated porch and each classroom has their own so the kids are secured. My son is learning many things here already and I can't wait until he starts being able to vocalize more his new knowledge.

After reading several very positive online reviews, I decided to give Advantage Pest Control a try. They were super friendly and helpful when I spoke with them on the phone and sent someone out just 2 mornings later. The tech who came out was professional and thorough, explaining all treatments performed. He advised us that we might see an uptick in bugs in the days following treatment, but literally all we've seen in the month since they came out are 2 or 3 tiny spiders and a lone earwig. Having just moved to Texas I was quite surprised at the amount of bugs and pests in my yard. Advantage came out within 48 hours of me calling.
