They did not want us recommending contractors or service providers that were more reasonable because 'we can't make a profit that way.' In fact they suggested we part ways as a result.

This agent has no understanding of the fact that an interested buyer needs to know all the details of the listing including the legal ones. The questions I had about the $7374 annual fees and other $100000.00 "assumed annual legal fees" involving the listed lot and the subdivision dues were valid questions. Her attitude raised some red flags. So, I contacted the courthouse and found out that there is an ongoing lawsuit against HOA Canyon Estates II and the property management company HOA Services. This lawsuit involves multiple violations, fraud and abuse against an elderly disabled person. We found this case to be very disturbing and we do not want to have anything to do with such dishonest people. Buyer/Seller beware!
