I had physical therapy at Pivot 3 days per week for the past 8 weeks. Isaac Kloch is the Director and he is the best!!! Therapist Brendon and Jeremy are also exellent. It is a team approach at Pivot. The information provided on the bill does not provide any explanation for why this amount had never previously been billed despite the fact that it's for services rendered in September (3 months ago). According to the invoice, after insurance I owed a total of 653.88 and had only paid 539.26, so I still owe $114.62. According to my bank statements, I have paid them 677.67, so based on their invoice, they actually owe me $20. Guess I'll have to call them and get berated again.
