Also, only two moving carts are made available for use for a facility with easily more than 150 storage units. After paying, I discovered he left items at my old apartment and poorly reassembled my dresser, using my tools to fix it. A week later, he called accusing me of lying about the apartment damage, despite my photographic evidence, and offered to "fix it" so I could drop the matter, also refusing to share his name or company address.
