I have worked with Kathy a few times and she has always been knowledgeable and educates me on what is going on in the insurance industry but this week she went absolutely above and beyond for me. I was faced with a situation where I had to remove both vehicles from my policy and add a new vehicle which severely impacted my rate. She explained the reasons for the increase that I was seeing but did her due diligence to confirm the information on there was correct. She found some mistakes on the provider's side and was able to bring my rate down from what they were showing. Insurance rates are at an all time high but just having this experience with Kathy brought me relief and made me feel like it would be okay. Kathy is a gem she works so hard and turned a very emotional chaotic experience into a hopeful one. We have just purchased our first home and didn't really have any idea of how to go about doing anything.
