This was unsolicited as they heard about my story and our struggles and came to make our lives brighter with zero strings attached. They spent their weekend day loving my family for no reason other than they are just stellar humans. God has blessed my life so richly and this was one of those moments where we felt so cared for and loved and I just wanted to share that so you understand what kind of company this is! I had been with this cockroach insurance broker for some 2 years, but my Loyalty ends now. Always SLOW to respond, in fact when their slacker Insurance Co "Safeco" sent us a notice of Home Insurance "Non Renewal", using some Photoshopped fake pictures of our roof covered in a thick green color (faked) and claimed our 22 year old Concrete Tile roof was covered with "Moss", instead of these Clowns at Insurance Solutions being on OUR SIDE (the Client), they were on the side of liars Safeco. I took a picture of our home's tile roof today and sent it, stating, Where's all that deep Green "Moss"??? There ISN'T ANY!! Let me start by saying that Insurance Solutions is absolutely amazing. Its not very often that you get to say something positive about your insurance company (broker, whatever) but I have never had anything than the best experience with Insurance Solutions. My experience started with them when I first got my license. They were the company that my parents were using and because I was on their policy, they were the company I was using. We had an amazing agent named Delores. She was fun, cared about her customers, and was always willing to help out. I know that she retired, however it was going to be hard to replace Delores. After my parents moved I had to find my own insurance. I compared Insurance Solutions against a lot of other companies and GEICO was actually cheaper. Not by much, but I was broke and needed to save as much as I could. Went with GEICO however for 2 YEARS every time that my contract was renewed my price went up. No accidents, no changes, just constant price hikes. Going into my third year I got the notice that it was going to go up again so I decided it was time to shop around again. I reached out to Insurance solutions again because of the positive experience that I had before. I was matched up with Jeremy Perez and he is outstanding. All is good until you ask questions or require service on your polices. If you have an issue, expect to get tossed from inept agent to agent with no one taking responsibility. When you persevere to get help and answers, Insurance Solution's solution is arrogance...from the top down. I had a very informative conversation with Cheryl Jafar about my business insurance. She shared with me somethings that I was not aware of. One thing was ... Did I have coverage incase I got sued, that is, was the cost of getting sued covered. The expenses that would arise from being sued. Whether I did anything wrong or not! Maybe the damages would be covered but not the court cost and attorney's fees. WOW, that could be thousands of dollars. I want her on my side. read more
