When I do business with anyone my most important aspects are their character and their work ethic. Mr. Colston at Insource Agency is man of high moral ethics and looks out for our best interests as our agent. A quick example is the most recent exchange I had with him. My wife and I turned in a lease vehicle and bought a new car, this time not a lease, a purchase. When you BUY as opposed to lease there is a big difference in what happens in case of your vehicle being totaled in a collision. Once you drive that new car off the lot it immediately loses value. If you total your vehicle in a collision your insurance company will pay only what the car is deemed to be worth. The difference between that and what you owe on your loan could be thousands of dollars. There is a remedy for that and it is gap insurance. It had been two months since we bought the new car before I realized it. When I called John he told me, "I already considered that and for the extra $10 every six months added it already when you told me you bought rather than leased." That is attention to detail and looking out for my best interest. We've been with Insource for 5+ years now and that is standard John Colston service.
