I went and got my mammograms and ultrasounds done at this location in April, and they lost the records. First they said I canceled the appointment . Then they said I did go to the appointment but they had trouble uploading the images because of the new system. They don't want to admit that they've lost the records so they've been giving me the runaround for 3 weeks now. I was present when my doctor's office called requesting the records, and the Solis now says they never received any phone calls from my doctor's office or request for records. Solis also said that they sent my records to a completely different doctor. When I called that doctor's office they said they never received anything from them. So now I'm wondering if my records do exist who has them? Today, I was told they had the records, but they wanted me to come in for a 'follow-up' so they scheduled a new appointment. Turns out the new appointment with a 'follow-up' is a full service appointment. When I requested a copy of my original reports sent to me directly, they said they would send me a form that I needed to fill out, and surprise surprise the form never arrived in my email. When I called back and said I never received the email, they then said they don't send out that form via email. I think it's safe to say that I will be looking for a new location to get mammograms done. If you were a long time patient at Women's Center for radiology, I really think you should think twice before you continue service with them under Solis. God forbid someone has something important on their images and Solis loses them, or sends them to the wrong location.

I am currently training for the OUC half marathon and once I noticed that my knee was hindering my training I knew it was time to talk to a professional. I had a consultation with Dr. Brian White to see what my options were. The office downtown was beautiful, and the staff was very informative. At my free consultation with Dr. Brian White he explained to me all the different types of regenerative medicine that would help my knee pain. We talked about PRP, stem cells injections and amino injections. He and I decided that the amino fix injection would be the best for my specific needs. I made sure to follow Dr. White and his staff's very specific pre and post care instructions. I was told to refrain from anti-inflammatory for two weeks before and two weeks after, that was the hardest part! I am so happy that I found Dr. White and Orlando Center for Regenerative Medicine! Three weeks after my injection I have resumed my training and have NEVER felt better! If you were like me hop, scoot or crawl over to Dr. White he will have you up and "running" in no time!

Even after sports are over and your body has taken a beating, you need someone qualified and well versed. I had Tommy John surgery in 2005 by the team surgeon in Michigan, and developed arthritis and pain in my elbow after. Dr. White had a great reputation from teammates and friends so I sought him out to figure out what steps could be taken to help my pain. Getting scheduled and seen was painless. The front office staff was attentive and courteous. Dr White was also a great guy. I felt that he took an active interest in my injury and making sure we find a solution to my pain. He was very knowledgeable, bringing up facts about the elbow that I hadn't even heard before. He knows his stuff. Follow up appointments have always been great and I actually enjoy seeing him now. My pain is managed and I can't thank Dr Brian White enough.

From the very first phone call to his office I knew I was making the right choice. Lisa was very warm and caring, and made me feel at ease immediately. I had just been diagnosed with breast cancer and told I needed a double mastectomy, so needless to say I was not at my best when I made that call. Then when I visited the office for my consultation about reconstructive surgery the same compassion was shown me by Dr. Peters and his entire Team. I went in today for my 6 months follow up, and once again I was welcomed and made to feel as though I really mattered to them. If you are looking for a provider who is knowledgable and at the top of his field, look no further. Dr. Peters is your man! I rated this practice 5 stars because that is the highest allowed, but they deserve many more!

They have medical assistants practicing outside their scope of practice ( bladder installations with medications) doing procedures only an RN or higher should be doing. When I complained to the ARNP about this coupled with a lack of sterile procedure and lack of lidiocaine to numb the area that should have been by the medical assistant, she said she would "take care of it". The next call I got was from the practice manager. Are you sitting down? Her call was to "release me" from the practice in the middle of a treatment for bladder pain. It gets better. Today I get a letter from the ARNP- NOT the doctor -"releasing me" from the practice, but willing to treat me until November 15th. It is now October 20th. You think I am going to ever set foot back in there? I have been a patient of that practice for over 15 years. In that time many physicians have left. I have had 3 different urologists here. I have never in my life been treated by a medical practice in this manner. Advent Health this practice is a disgrace! I use many physicians from their medical groups and I have never been anything but happy with every single doctor and staff member. The entire support staff needs a huge overhaul and understand what the term scope of practice defined by the Department of Regulations means.
