Eric saved the day! I booked an MRI appointment over the phone with customer service for Reyes. They confirm the location to be Winter Park and gave me the date and time however, upon arrival I found out that they booked me at a location three hours away. Quickly looked into if they could schedule me in for that day however, unfortunately the MRI machine had just broken and would be down all week anyways. Eric jumped into action and saved the day, after a few quick phone calls he had me at an appointment half an hour away in Oviedo on the same day. I had to move some things around, but Eric's incredible demeanor left a better taste and experience for me, considering everything that had happened. Inside of the location is clean, a little tricky to find, but once inside it is pleasant and all of the staff was so lovely. read more

The older lady at the front desk seems to be annoyed by the phone lines . I sat for over 20 mins and listened to her sharply speaking to someone on the phone that may have needed a bit extra kindness. The younger lady whom checked us in was polite , but as a first time patient here I hope they work on phone etiquette as all other staff were friendly and patient. read more

Very nice employees, clean and neat waiting area and scan rooms. Plenty of parking in the connected parking lot. I have been here 2 times for scans, the first time they provided the 2 bottles that I had to drink prior to my scan and they were kind enough to refrigerate them. It seemed like a nice gesture, and the experience was as pleasant as possible. The second time they provided room temperature bottles, and I had a tough time keeping them down. I didn't realize how kind it was to refrigerate them the first time, until they weren't the second time! I will be back for additional scans, PLEASE consider refrigeration as your regular process, it REALLY makes a difference. Had results for both visits very promptly, my doctor ordered them that way, so I'm but sure about their usual result time. read more

By far the most passive aggressive receptionist I have encountered. She did not want to assist and looked at us like we are stupid from the instant we walked in. If it's not by her rules of doing the least amount possible she won't help and has to call someone to explain it to us. The woman should honestly retire, probably pushing 80 and does not look like she likes her job or wants to be there. The rest of the staff is exceptional and adjusting the time in order to get the needed report was great. I would give them 5 stars if not for the gatekeeper, I am surprised this is the first impression this establishment wants. I can see by the comments we are not the only ones. read more

Best place to go for MRI and for thyroid biopsy! Great folks, flexible hours and centrally located

This place was not well organized. I came in for my MRI on Saturday morning and there was only one person working up front. There were no other patients and she didn't look busy, but she was rude and hostile. I had a friend with me who had been to another location of theirs and she was shocked by how hostile the woman at reception was. She asked for my insurance card and didn't know how to read it. When I said I didn't understand her question, she got short with me and acted like I was stupid for asking her to clarify. She then got upset after I explained my insurance saying "you should know this better," when it's literally her job to take down insurance. I don't know why she felt the need to be so rude. I ended up hbu g to reschedule my appointment because the copay was too big ($2,000) and she said she wouldn't let me backlog with my insurance or set up a payment plan. I've NEVER heard of a place doing that. And she communicated all of this with zero sympathy. Aside from her horrendous care, the place looked clean. However, it was hard to find because it's in the back parking lot of a major restaurant. read more

Very unprofessional, waited 2 hours past my appt time, promised I would be given Valium before MRI. I filled out paperwork for valium, made me have a driver due to valium, asked for name and # for my driver. But never given any valium. They said no DS there to administer valium. Did not tell me this until I was already undressed and in hospital gown and in the procedure room. I should have been told when I arrived so I could reschedule. I drove over an hour to this facility because my Dr said the liquid valium was better than a pill. After waiting in anticipation for 2 hours in the waiting room, I had a complete panic attack due to claustrophobia. They acted like it was no big deal. Even asked if I wanted the person from the office to stay with me while I had the procedure....Horrible experience. read more

I initially came here for an MRI, and that whole process went SMOOTH. I've had MRI's before so I knew what to expect. The techs were nice, friendly and professional. I then had to get a CT scan shortly after and I thought it was a no brainer to come back to this facility. I made my appointment days in advance, and I arrived at the time they told me to. As I was filling out my paperwork a tech brings me two bottles of contrast I have to guzzle down, then says after I finish those I need to drink a third. Okay, will do! I'm sitting in a waiting room with others drinking this solution as quick as I can. I'm gagging and burping while these other patients are staring at me, that was pretty uncomfortable. I'm sent up to the second floor to another waiting room...and I finished the second bottle! I'm nauseous and eager to get this over with. The same tech as earlier comes out and says "I have good news and I have bad news" He then tells me the good news that I don't have to drink any more solution, but the bad news is their CT machine is down and they wouldn't be able to do my scan. He told me to talk to the front desk and sent me back downstairs. They tell me to go to their south Orlando office, so I hop in the car and start heading over. Then I get a call from the winter park office saying they have no doctor at the south Orlando office so they can't help me. Then I'm told to go to the west Orlando office. I'm heading to the west Orlando office and get a call back again saying they don't have he machinery to do the scan at that office. I have to reschedule my scan, after taking the morning off work and drinking two bottles of that solution. Now, I wasn't warned that the contrast has side effects. After getting home I was violently ill (won't give details) and I felt horrible for about 24 hours with nothing to show for it. I understand that technical difficulties happen, however there wasn't much empathy in all of this. Proper research wasn't done prior to sending me all over the place and there was nothing said about side effects I was only told to drink a lot of water to flush the contrast out of my system. I'm weary about going back, but they are conveniently located for me so I may have to. Again, the staff is pretty friendly, just not very empathetic. read more

They keep billing me and I keep calling them to explain the situation. Today i received another bill. Dr Peter Bové was magical. I'd been dreading the discogram for so many months before finally surrendering yesterday. Dr Bové employed the best care, compassion, professionalism and expertise in getting me through the procedure, and in so doing did something else wonderful and unexpected- gave some healing to a place in my heart that's been fairly sad and angry at the frequent poor quality of care I've received over the past years of suffering chronic pain. Chronic pain tries to snuff one's life out, and the fight is that much harder with poor care. Good and even excellent care are not only needed, but more therapeutic than providers can imagine. To describe them as disorganized would be a compliment to this place. What a total waste of my time. These people are in serious need of training. I made an appointment for a MRI that was canceled by CDI last minute, not once but twice. I wasted two vacation days because of this.The first time was a non sense story they gave me and then the second was that my insurance would cover the MRI. Well the best is that they told my Dr.that I canceled the MRI. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else for a MRI. Oh one side note the preparation for the MRI that they gave me was completely wrong. When I used this location 2 years ago, I had a great experience. This time, it was the opposite. Incompetent and rude technician who was unable to figure out how to take images of a particular body part. I was placed in an extremely uncomfortable position where my back was giving out, so I needed to switch positions. However, the technician never checked on me, and pretended he couldn't hear me when I tried to communicate (not when the machine was one, but while it was quiet). I do not know whether this technician was just recently "trained" in this profession (and needs much, much more training in both patient care AND MRI technique), or if he simply does not belong in the medical field at all. Most importantly, the panic button (pump) was out of order and/or disconnected, which is a crucial failure of medical procedure. I had a horrible and traumatizing experience there. read more
