I had been seen in another urgent care center earlier in the day where medical staff failed to treat properly. Actually they didn't even diagnose anything and wouldn't give antibiotics without running a rona test. Seriously. Told me to gargle with salt water. This team at Mercy Health, adhered to my symptomology, looked at my medical history and went to work. Diagnosis: bilateral ear infections and a sinusitis. I was given appropriate antibiotics without the propaganda. Hands down exactly the treatment I required! Very nice facility. Staff very professional. Fever broke within 24 hours of taking antibiotiocs and only slight pressure in one ear. Highly recommend!!!!

I could not have asked for a better person to come into my life as I am preparing to graduate and head off to PT school. Regarding Jeff's care as a physical therapist, his long hours and hard work are illuminated with the various patient's that are discharged from therapy after only 4-6 weeks. Jeff's use of technology improves the care he is providing, whether it be ultrasound, electric stimulation, Anatomy and Physiology displays on a virtual cadaver, or his online database of medical records. Jeff has many techniques he uses, and truly cares about the well being of his patients. His self motto proclaims, "never settle for mediocracy." He also believes in serving others before himself, which is one of the most important things someone in a health care manager position could do. I would recommend that any patient looking for a multi-discipline therapy center, take interest in Apogee Therapy Center. Apogee has Nutrition Therapy with a dietician, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Exterior doors are often left unsecured, allowing strangers to wander in unnoticed. Staff seem stretched thin, and call buttons can ring endlessly without response. Basic safety checks appear inconsistent, and residents sometimes roam without supervision. The environment creates constant worry rather than peace of mind. Families deserve reassurance, but instead receive unease. I cannot recommend this location to anyone seeking a secure, protective, and attentive home for loved ones today now always.

He is very hands on, he pushes you to do the best you can and takes the time and effort to help you understand why he pushes at times. However, he always respects your limits and opinions.
