I had been seen in another urgent care center earlier in the day where medical staff failed to treat properly. Actually they didn't even diagnose anything and wouldn't give antibiotics without running a rona test. Seriously. Told me to gargle with salt water. This team at Mercy Health, adhered to my symptomology, looked at my medical history and went to work. Diagnosis: bilateral ear infections and a sinusitis. I was given appropriate antibiotics without the propaganda. Hands down exactly the treatment I required! Very nice facility. Staff very professional. Fever broke within 24 hours of taking antibiotiocs and only slight pressure in one ear. Highly recommend!!!!

Between the two of them you get the best experience and highly trained updated approaches that really work. I finally began to make progress on a difficult whiplash injury that affected my whole body. Not only are their skills and experience second to none they treat you like family and they really care. As a patient who was there for two hours, three times a week for the past three months, I NEVER saw Jeff conducting himself in an intimidating, aggressive or disrespectful fashion. He is very confident because he is the most experienced in town and he jokes around to create a fun loving atmosphere. This may come across as intimidating to some but I was comforted with his experience and confidence and the environment he fosters there is very caring and fun loving. I always felt safe, respected and cared for. I have only seen him treat his employees and patients with the utmost care and respect and I never saw him mistreat anyone.

Exterior doors are often left unsecured, allowing strangers to wander in unnoticed. Staff seem stretched thin, and call buttons can ring endlessly without response. Basic safety checks appear inconsistent, and residents sometimes roam without supervision. The environment creates constant worry rather than peace of mind. He is very hands on, he pushes you to do the best you can and takes the time and effort to help you understand why he pushes at times. However, he always respects your limits and opinions.
