Two of the three worked in healthcare before they retired. All three people had the highest compliments for every aspect of their experience. All three went at different times. One during a weekday, one at early evening and the third over the weekend. In all three cases they found every employee to be so helpful, kind and customer focused. The quality of the care they received was excellent. The facility was clean and well maintained. There was simply nothing negative that could be said about their experience! And all three received follow up phone calls to check on them the next day! This is a wonderful urgent care operation. Great quality of care delivered by caring and friendly people. They treat everything from a cold to broken bones and more. I recommend this as a definite alternative to going to the emergency room.

Including getting the results to the doctor on the same day. I do wish the website worked better for pulling up a copy. I can't ever seem to log in. They will also print a copy for you there. The restroom in the lobby area is huge. It is only 1 bathroom but its never so busy that its a problem. They take walkins and have special pricing for self pay patients on Wednesdays. I will not waste my time with LabCorp or Quest anymore with the level of prompt and courteous service that I get here at Vista.

My pre-op Nurse was Megan, and she was very accommodating and kept me comfortable and informed with what was happening. So, as you get older, doctors make you have tests done to make sure your body is not totally falling apart. I had to have a colonoscopy done and had a choice of places to go. My insurance company wanted me to go here so that was the only reason I did choose it. It is a very clean facility and the staff was super friendly. It made the whole experience very nice. My appointment was for 10:30 in the morning but was not taken back until about noon. They told me once I was inside that they were backed up due to a challenging case. I wish someone had come out to the waiting area to tell us why I was sitting there for so long. They prepped me for the procedure and had a bit of trouble getting my IV started. They had to try a few times to find a vein. I had a nice black and blue for a week due to that... but otherwise everything else went well. I would be happy to come back here for any other procedure I might need in the future. Enjoy growing older!

That being said, the transition to Center Well has had a few bumps, but it has gotten better. I lost (to retirement) my PCP earlier this year, but things seem to better now. Expected. The caregivers are great with little exception. Change always yields some hiccups, but things seemed to have settled down. I continue to endorse Creekside and staff for well above average healthcare, fine doctors and nurses and specialist. I never give a 5-star, because nothing is ever perfect. Veterans who served this country deserved continuity of care and transparency, not sudden disruption and uncertainty. Many patients had established relationships with their doctors for years, only to find themselves scrambling to locate new providers and navigate insurance confusion during an already stressful transition. What makes this even more frustrating is that public statements during the sale process suggested patients would continue to have access to their insurance coverage under the new ownership structure. Yet many patients later experienced uncertainty or loss of access depending on their plan participation and contract negotiations. The bankruptcy itself was tied to massive Medicare billing discrepancies reportedly totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. Unfortunately, it feels like the people who paid the price were the patients -- particularly seniors and veterans who depended on stable healthcare access. Healthcare organizations should prioritize patient care and loyalty during transitions, not leave vulnerable populations feeling discarded. I sincerely hope veterans and affected patients receive the support and continuity of care they deserve moving forward.
