It was a pre-employment drug screen, and I had a scheduled document stating this was the place I needed to go. Fastforward to 4pm. I entered the office and before even getting to the desk the same lady started yelling drug screenings are over. We are no longer accepting people. I asked for clarification, so I didn't make the same mistake in the future... She rolled her eyes and was the rudest person and degrading. I got home and changed my screening location adding another 10-mile drive to get there. I will not return to this location again and I do not trust them with any kind of information that I need to advance my future.

This is a great service for an elderly parent who is bedridden or who otherwise has difficulty traveling to and from labs. All you need a doctor's lab order, and Aaron takes your blood, labels it (just as a lab would), and takes it to the closest lab to be processed. Home Draw can also do some wellness tests for which you don't need a doctor's lab order (A1C test, vitamin D, etc). I had my vitamin D tested. Aaron also said that he draws blood for PCR COVID testing, for which the lab he uses gets back very quick results. If I need another PCR test, I will definitely take advantage of this quick turnaround instead of waiting the usual 3 days at other places. I highly recommend this at home blood draw company! It's truly a great service.

I went to get my genetic screening testing at alverno lab and was told that they only do that test…read morebefore 3pm Monday thru Friday. ok.  I call to confirm again and i am told the same thing. so I take off work 2 hours early, get there at 1:30 and am told that they can get only take it before 1 mon-sat.  ok.  so I call this morning and am told that they cannot take it Saturday but can take it Mon-Fri until 4:30 pm.  so now I'm about to completely lose my mind. I leave a message for the manager who is supposed to call me back Monday and my doctor.  are you kidding me?

Over two hours of watching people with a fever go in front of us as my sister was doubled over in pain puking and crying by the front desk waiting for a Saline IV (as simple as it gets). I'm not one to leave negative reviews as I know the staff are (hopefully) working hard, but I had the exact OPPOSITE experience at another emergency room when I was experiencing the same thing.
