This place is very cute. Came here to bring my almost 3 year old and he really enjoyed it. It's $25…read moreper kid and $5 per adult which I think is reasonable. Probably work for those parents I see that let their kids run loose and they're just sitting on their phone but for parents like myself and my husband, we really can only handle about an hour at this place. Make sure you wear socks or you can also pay $3 to buy some. The place is clean from the looks of it. There are some things that had the paint peeled off and one game wasn't working but that wasn't too noticeable. They have an area specifically for those 2 years and younger and then an area for kids ages 3+. My son did both since he's in between but primarily stayed in the 3+. I'd be back to let him burn off some energy. Only thing I didn't like was we couldn't park our stroller inside.

I came here yesterday with my child. I was very disappointed. Firstly, the bathrooms were flooded…read moreand smelled. So we weren't allowed to use it. No place to wash our hands after. Secondly, this place is dirty, it looks like no one takes care of it. I mean they had the workers going around with the sanitizer spray but was literally spraying the air. Floor mats were dirty. There's an area outside of the enclosure where they are just storing random things, clutter and dusty. Maintenance people can walk by and there's an opening from the play area where anyone from the back just go in. I think it's not safe. From the outside, it looks big and clean but when you get inside, it feels icky and pretty small. Thirdly, for the price it wasn't worth it. Any child will have fun here, but as a parent I'm disappointed in the cleanliness, convenience of the bathroom and safety issues especially at the price point. Will not recommend to other families and will most likely not come back.

Came here today and was impressed with the cleanliness upon arrival. I like the size of this play…read moreplace, it's perfect for ages 6 and under. My 5 year old and 2 year old LOVED it. When my 5 year old tried to go into the smaller kid area (ages 4 and under) she was asked to leave by the female teenage employee at the entrance. This was at the same time that a 10 year old girl had been playing in there the past 20-30 minutes. When my daughter came to me crying I tried to walk her in there thinking it must not be a big deal because there were a few big kids in there, who looked to be around ages 8-10. I was surprised to be turned away by that same employee (while the other big kids were still in there). So confusing! I pointed this out and she said "that girl is sitting" (she had been hanging all over the merry go round just minutes before, which is right next to where she was standing at the entrance) and then the employee said "she also has a little brother here" (he looked about 4 or 5). So then I said "okay so can my daughter stay because my 2 year old wants to play in here" she then told us no and blocked us from entering. I went to the front desk and told that girl about the situation and she got the manager. He explained that it's for safety WHICH I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND - but then take out the other big kids so it's not confusing for anyone! He finally did have the bigger kids removed, and there were about 4-5 other way bigger kids than my daughter. It felt like we were being singled out by the staff here. They said they asked the other people to leave the area but they "didn't listen." Lol. So people like me and my daughter who listened were the only ones removed I guess. I guess you can just act like you don't understand and you get to break the rules, even if the rules are there for everyone else's "safety." This could be a learning opportunity for the staff here but you can go find out for yourself. I wanted to avoid this word but it truly felt like discrimination based on us being the only family removed. We won't be returning.

I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

There is plenty for the kids to do, our 4 year old is exhausted after a couple ours of running around. We bought a snack box for $6.75, it had an uncrustable, chips, capri sun, string cheese and a lollipop and 5 flames to rode their motorized bikes. Lesz packed it up for us, there were different options to choose from and he did it so carefully so things wouldn't get crushed or broken. We bought the punch card and booked a party for our soon to be 5 year old. Definitely a fun spot that feels like you are getting your money's worth

I would say that there are some parts of the structures that have blind spots where kids could trip and their parents/guardians wouldn't be able to check on them if they're sitting in the chairs. Related, it is a big bummer to see toddlers who should be being supervised wandering around alone while the adults are totally checked out and on their phones. Not sure how the staff can realistically address this so not docking from the rating. Just something to watch out for if you are visiting. Lots of parking in attached lot.
