On our visit a couple kds ran i to each other and a couple of the employees were ready with ice packs and band aids-all that is needed for kids wounds. There is plenty for the kids to do, our 4 year old is exhausted after a couple ours of running around. We bought a snack box for $6.75, it had an uncrustable, chips, capri sun, string cheese and a lollipop and 5 flames to rode their motorized bikes. Lesz packed it up for us, there were different options to choose from and he did it so carefully so things wouldn't get crushed or broken. I hosted my son's 4th birthday here and thought everything went great! I forgot our host's name, but she was really sweet and helpful. Our host was wonderful! She took initiative and kept us on schedule. She provided a cart for our items and gave timely reminders throughout (e.g., when the mascot was about to come out, time for birthday cake, time to wrap up, etc.). I love how their package includes party decor - there were table covers and balloons! I believe they also provided some plates for the kids and spoons. It made things so much easier for us parents! We just had to bring food, utensils/plates, and cake. :) During the confirmation call, the person I spoke to said we would get 3-4 tables. I asked for 4 and he said he'll make a note. We ended up getting 5 tables. I appreciated this so much and it ended up being perfect since some of our guests had strollers and we were able to dedicate tables to gifts/food. The play gym was very clean! Check-in was seamless & quick, even with multiple birthday parties occurring at the same time. I selected 10am for our party in hopes for a smaller crowd, but it honestly still got pretty crowded fast. Defi a great place to host a kid's party if you don't mind crowds. Came here for a birthday party and was amazed by the sheer size of the facility. Plenty of space for multiple parties and quite a good amount play activities from within the facility itself, including a toddler area, a random dancing area with lights and spray painted planets, and a humongous padded playground with extra large slides, roller sled, and a mini soccer field. It's impressive how well thought out they used the space and there was still plenty to do for my kid to stay occupied even after several hours. For example, there's these extra large Lego-like brick things (that I noticed said made in Germany?) that the kids spent plenty of time trying to create large structures and really utilize their imagination. The only gripe I had is that the bathroom was sort of small and not necessarily well kept, as upon opening there was already a soap dispenser out of soap and I could see random puddles of sitting water. Otherwise, it was an extremely positive experience and the size of the playground might make it difficult to locate your kid but ultimately they are somewhere in there. Pricing also was very reasonable, you get a lot for your money (basically $50 for 1 child and 1 adult for all day play) and could easily burn half a day visiting this location. I'm torn between 3-4 stars (and I'm a generous reviewer so I leaned towards 4, but with things that could be improved). We signed the waiver ahead of time and came on a Monday at 12:30 and it was fairly empty besides maybe 5 kids. This place is huge, and feels like there's a lot going on, but there's not really. Yes the climbing area feels very large with several paths to get to 3 different slides, but there wasn't much else. I purchased the $20 (100 points) card and it was way more than necessary because there wasn't anything in there to use them on hardly! I thought there'd be 4-5 arcade games but there was only air hockey and the cars you could ride on under the obstacle area. We were almost giving swipes away trying to use them all. My son enjoyed the slides (the big pink one is super fast and seemed to hurt a few kids, the 4 racing slides were fun and so was the roller slide but my son got his finger caught in the rollers and cried like it was broken (it wasn't though and they gave us an ice pack so that was nice). There's a dance room with lasers and loud music but that was short lived entertainment. Hey had a baby/toddler in diapers only area which my son did play in because he wanted to do the ball pit. There weren't any other kids over there so they let him stay. There's ample seating here and the restrooms were fine. Again, we were among the first of the day so everything was pretty tidy still. My son really loved the giant blocks area and stayed in there awhile. There is a cylinder bungee cord area that seemed kind of dangerous. We watched several kids fall through and land on the ground. Overall, it felt expensive for what you get and I would definitely NOT BUY the $20 point pass. Even for 2 kids it wasn't worth it for the lack of things to use them on. I did like that 2 parents were free with one child. I still have this card so I may be back to just use it up (and my son had fun), but I'd probably go to a place with trampolines and arcade games and pay less next time. read more

This is a wonderful place to have your child's birthday party . You can rent an area for your child's birthday party and purchase food. Children can run and play. Parents can keep an eye on their children for any angle of the room. No shoes are not allowed. You can bring your own shocks or purchase a pair. There are lockers for rental if you would like to put your belongings away. Your shoes are placed in a basket or a clear box that you keep with you. Great kids music is played. We've had such positive experiences here, and a big part of that is the staff -- especially Jayden. From the moment you walk in, he makes you feel welcome. He's always friendly, patient with the kids, and attentive to what's going on around him. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his job and cares about the families who come in. Our kids have such a great time every visit. It's become one of those places they constantly ask to go back to. Everything feels organized and well managed, which makes it easy to relax while the kids play. The 10-visit Punchcard is a great deal and definitely worth it if you plan to come more than once. Even though it's not the closest place to us, we happily make the drive because the experience is consistently great. So thankful to have found this spot! read more

Great place to take your kids no matter what age. They have a section that's perfect for babies and toddlers and a separate section for the older kids. My two year old had a blast and didn't want to leave. The environment is clean and very safe. There were some kids that got a little wild while their parents weren't watching but the staff was on it & took care of it quickly. All staff members are friendly. Nate was very helpful. Was our first time visiting this place that my now 2 year old couldn't get enough exercise. We wanted to sleep while exercising, silly child. Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. They have baskets for you to put on your shoes and kids shoes in there, option to put them inside a Locked locker. They have plenty of tables and chairs for parents to relax while their kids go and play. I still have a couple years to go in order for me to do that as well. We LOVE this place! I never have to worry about bringing my kids here. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they work so hard to keep everything sanitized. Safety is clearly a top priority, which means a lot as a parent. We drive 30 minutes one way just to come here! This is our second time buying their Punchcard (10 admissions), and it's totally worth it. Jayden always greets us with a smile, and even on slower weekdays when there are only a few families here, he and the other staff are still constantly cleaning and staying busy.
