Toddler play area - Untidy with scattered and missing toys
    D R.

My first impression of Little Elephants was that it's a cute and fun play space for children under 5. It has a lot of potential, but compared to other indoor play spaces we've visited, there are several areas that could use improvement, particularly when it comes to safety and upkeep. My biggest concern was safety. There were multiple electrical outlets that were not properly covered and were easily accessible to young children, especially those who may not be under constant supervision. One outlet was located inside a playhouse, where many parents might not even notice it unless they climbed inside themselves. I also noticed several areas throughout the play structures with cosmetic damage that children could pull on, creating additional safety concerns. The facility itself appeared reasonably clean, and I did see an employee sanitizing during our visit. However, the play areas were not well maintained or regularly reset. Many toys were scattered about or missing pieces, making them less engaging for the children and giving the space an overall neglected feel. It also appeared that only one employee was working during our visit. She was responsible for checking in guests, cleaning, and overseeing the play space, which seemed like far too much for one person. The lack of staffing likely contributes to the maintenance issues. One policy that would make it difficult for me to return is that strollers are not allowed in the seating area. As a mom with both a toddler and an infant, this creates a significant challenge. On this visit, my husband stayed with our sleeping baby while I played with our toddler. Had I been there alone (as I usually am) I would have had no choice but to either wake my sleeping baby or leave. I understand wanting to keep walkways clear, but I think there should be some accommodation for parents with infants. Overall, Little Elephants has the potential to be a wonderful play space, but until the safety concerns are addressed and the facility is better maintained, I don't see myself returning.

We've been here a good amount of times, and it's been all good experiences everytime! Our first time was for our friends sons birthday, they rented out the entire place and that's something we might do for the future, it's super clean and not scary for your kids to roam without worrying about them falling down anything, everything has well guarded rails, and nothing crazy they can fall through to the ground. I come here every so often, the weekdays before 3pm will be less packed and weekends are normally packed but doesn't feel over crowded at all.

It's nice and very white lol like all white stuff my mom brain is thinking omg this can get dirty fast. So to maintain such a white pristine area is impressive for little kids. It's small enough to see your kids and sit down in an area, and surprisingly a lot of different areas to play. There's an area for 12 months and under and another area for 3 years old and under. A lot of places to sit, you can even bring your own food if you want. They do sell snacks and cute merch and toys too. The employees were all super nice and patient. It can get crowded bc the space isn't big but thankfully it wasn't this time. Not sure if they have like a limit on capacity. We went for a bday party and they set up and helped clean up everything. Parking is in an under ground in the embassy suites parking structure, and you need to go in an elevator on the 3rd floor to go to the place. Only thing is some stuff is run down and you can see it put together with tape. Overall it's a nice clean area and my kids had so much fun, there's two big slides, a ball pit, a rock climbing wall to name a few things.

First time here with our friends and their kids. The kids love it and it's super clean and nice in here. Definitely going to come back with the kids! The staff is very friendly and there are so many things to play with for the kids.

"Super clean, safe indoor play space with lots of different areas for kids to climb, slide, and play. My kid had a great time and I loved that everything felt well organized and watched. We'll definitely be coming back for more playdates and parties." Also the reading nook is adorable.

    1. Great for smaller kids 2. Get the 10 pack. But it expires within one year. 3. Park underground and take the elevator up 4. You can go in and out and bring food, which is a big plus 5. Everything is clean including the bathrooms 6. There are filtered water stations 7. The Pororo drinks for $1.99 plus tax are very reasonably priced! I get one for my child every time I go! 8. Friendly staff

Attended Little Elephant for a birthday party on a Sunday afternoon. I went in expecting to be really impressed by the play space, but unfortunately left a bit underwhelmed. Birthday parties are held in two semi-blocked areas toward the back near the restrooms. Unlike other play spaces we've been to, there didn't seem to be much structure or organization for parties (no set times for play, food, cake, etc.), which made things feel a bit chaotic. There was a bubble time announcement for the birthday child, but it took place in the main walkway near the check-in area and was open to all children, not just the party. As a result, several older kids (around 5-6 years old) repeatedly got in the way of the 2-year-old birthday girl, which was disappointing. While the space is relatively new, it's already showing some wear. In the larger ball pit area, there was noticeable foam padding that had been torn or ripped off toward the back. Slippers are provided for restroom use. All children and adults entering the space must have socks. Shared parking lot with Embassy Suites (free). Little Elephant is located on the 3rd floor.

This indoor playground is nice but it's specifically more for kids 3 and under. I took my almost five year old and I felt like she was too old for all the stuff there but she still had fun. I liked it too. It seems like u can even take your own food and they have a microwave to heat up. Place seemed pretty clean. The playground is cool. They have books too. They also have a side only for three and under which is good for the little ones. Place is hidden though. I parked at the embassy hotel then had to cross the way to the other building and take an elevator that was so hot to be in .

I love the all white color. So fresh, clean and bright. Fancy looking too. Definitely a place for little toddlers not older kids. Our niece is 3 and she enjoyed this place. She loved the giant doll house. An area reserved for under 12 months. They have multiple slides inside a ball pit. There's a big rock climbing wall. It's located walking distance to the mall. You are allowed to re enter so we left for lunch at the mall and came back for more fun times. It's $25 for daily rate or purchase a 10 visit punch card for $200 or unlimited for $119.95 (1child) or $169.95 for 2. Also party packages.

It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.

When my 5 year old tried to go into the smaller kid area (ages 4 and under) she was asked to leave by the female teenage employee at the entrance. This was at the same time that a 10 year old girl had been playing in there the past 20-30 minutes. When my daughter came to me crying I tried to walk her in there thinking it must not be a big deal because there were a few big kids in there, who looked to be around ages 8-10. I was surprised to be turned away by that same employee (while the other big kids were still in there). So confusing! I pointed this out and she said "that girl is sitting" (she had been hanging all over the merry go round just minutes before, which is right next to where she was standing at the entrance) and then the employee said "she also has a little brother here" (he looked about 4 or 5). So then I said "okay so can my daughter stay because my 2 year old wants to play in here" she then told us no and blocked us from entering. I went to the front desk and told that girl about the situation and she got the manager. He explained that it's for safety WHICH I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND - but then take out the other big kids so it's not confusing for anyone! He finally did have the bigger kids removed, and there were about 4-5 other way bigger kids than my daughter. It felt like we were being singled out by the staff here. They said they asked the other people to leave the area but they "didn't listen." Lol. So people like me and my daughter who listened were the only ones removed I guess. I guess you can just act like you don't understand and you get to break the rules, even if the rules are there for everyone else's "safety." This could be a learning opportunity for the staff here but you can go find out for yourself. I wanted to avoid this word but it truly felt like discrimination based on us being the only family removed. We won't be returning.

This year, I wanted to do something different and give myself a break from all the planning, setup, cleanup, and stress. I chose Kids Empire after attending another birthday party here that was so well done. I expected to have that same experience, but unfortunately, ours was the complete opposite. We hosted our daughter's 5th birthday on Thursday, July 11, with about 40 guests. I dropped off our balloons, cake, and drinks ahead of time and was told I didn't need to arrive early because everything would be set up. Thankfully, I did anyway because almost nothing had been put out except the tablecloths, cups, and Kids Empire's drinks. I ended up setting everything up myself. The biggest concern was safety. Both restrooms were closed due to plumbing issues, forcing our guests to walk to Target just to use the restroom. Meanwhile, the back exit door was left wide open for the plumber with no employee monitoring it. Parents from my party stood by the door because we were worried children could accidentally walk outside. When we expressed our concerns, the only response was, "It's open for the plumber." Our party package included seven pizzas, but Kids Empire forgot to order them. We didn't find out until we asked where they were around 6:30. The pizzas didn't arrive until 7:40--after our party had ended--so I ended up giving away full pizza boxes for families to take home. We were also told the dragon mascot would come out, but instead of interacting with the kids, it was only a rushed photo before we were hurried along. I will say the local manager was kind, empathetic, and did everything she could to help. Tried offering free passes to come back. She followed up with me and escalated everything to the regional manager. Unfortunately, the overall handling of the situation still left me disappointed. When the regional manager took away the passes to come back. I chose to have the party here so I could relax and enjoy my daughter's special day instead of worrying about the details. Instead, I found myself handling many of the things I paid the venue to take care of while dealing with issues that should never happen at a children's party. Sadly, I can't recommend hosting a birthday party here. Many parents at our party told me it was their first time visiting Kids Empire, and after everything they witnessed, several said they wouldn't be coming back. Unfortunately, I won't be referring anyone here either.
