I had to leave town for a family emergency on July 4th. I know, an awful day to leave pets alone! My usual boarding facility was open and I made a reservation to drop my dog off. I showed up about one hour before they closed, walked in and all the lights in the reception area were off. There was no one on location. Yes, the front door was open and no one was there! Needless to say I was distraught and concerned. I had no where to leave my dog, no one was open because of the holiday and I had no way to get vaccination records for my little guy even if someone was open. I called my husband crying and he reminded me of a new location, Adventure Pet Resort, near our house. I walked in with my pooch and I'm sure Jason thought I was a nut case. But he never me feel that way! My chihuahua turned 10yrs old the day I dropped him off and he is pretty timid with other dogs and people initially. Especially in an unusual environment. Jason assured me that Deuce would be just fine and they'd give him extra attention if need be! He also said he would contact my vet first thing in the morning to get my dog's records. One less thing for me to worry about. I felt much better but still left a little uneasy, we all do when we have to leave our pets somewhere unfamiliar. Today, July 6th I called to check on him and sure enough, he is living it up. Soaking up the attention they are giving him. He still wanders off on his own sometimes but that's to be expected from my little guy. After my phone call, I felt a huge relief. It's nice to knowing caring people are watching my pet and I can take the time to focus on some more pressing matters! Thank you to this facility! We will be returning! read more

I recently moved to Las Vegas, and after several bad grooming experiences, I decided to take a friend's recommendation and check these guys out. I am very glad that I decided to make the trip across town as both my dog and myself left very happy! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the staff, who were very warm and accommodating. I was upfront about my concerns considering previous grooming horror stories I had encountered. I was reassured and given a rough time to come back, which I appreciated wasn't some super quick time as I definitely wanted her to be given the time and attention needed since she was already very uneasy from the previous experiences. I provided all my dog's current records and off she went to the grooming area. I went about some errands and received a call later that afternoon letting me know she was ready for pickup. When I came to get her, I can honestly say that she looked the absolute best she has ever looked. Her hair was shiny, cut clean and she smelled and looked beautiful. They even added a super cute bandanna that made that extra special touch. I get compliments on her daily, and was given some tips as well about how often to have her groomed and that she will become more comfortable with grooming as she comes back for more grooming. I would easily recommend this place because not only are they professional and have clean facilities, but they are friendly and knowledgeable people who truly care about my dog like it was their own! read more

This review is a longtime coming....We love Adventure Pet Resort! The staff is amazing and I like the fact that the facility is staffed with someone 24/7. We've been boarding our two old ladies there for awhile now and always book the room with the tv and camera to give them a sense of "home" with the tv noise and give me a sense of comfort to be able to check in on them via camera in their rooms and in the "park." The choice of room is on the more expensive side but for us, it is so worth it. Especially, since our dogs are old (14 and 19/also deaf), having camera access is great. I love it when I see Suki and Squeak resting on a cot in the park and/or being held by a staff member. If I could name all the superstars, I would but haven't had the pleasure of meeting the staff in the "park." The two that I know personally by name are Leslie and Andrea who are absolute angels. They are so caring and excellent with our "old ladies. We also love the daily report cards we receive, sometimes they are so creative, it makes us laugh. We have 6 different stays already booked through 2026. This is the only place we trust to care for Suki & Squeak when we go out of town. Thank you everyone! I placed all three of my dogs for 9 days in Adventure Pet Resort. They reluctantly went in, came out happy as could be. When I returned, their blankets were washed, they had baths and my puggle looked great with no signs of his allergies due to being inside for 9 days. The staff there is great with the animals. They are attentive to them and their needs. One of my dogs needs medications due to his allergies and they all have special diets; which the staff handled better than I do! I recently had a one day meeting out of town, so I put all 3 back in at Adventure Pet Resort for a one night stay. Everyone went inside no pushing or pulling. They walked in and went into the playroom. No one looked back, and when I went to the window to see them, they were interacting with the staff and other dogs! This resort is clean, and the rooms are wonderful! No cages, fencing, dog runs to the outside like you would find at your vets facility, it is just like home. If your animals are inside pets, this is the place for them to be. It has a close to home like setting, and they are less scared and comfortable. I recommend this facility to everyone one I know or run into that has pets. read more

Just to start, this company is an absolute joke and the value they hold in their employees is quite obviously lacking. I went in to take my dog on 01/01/25 (not a great way to start my new year) and overheard a disagreement between an employee and a manager (from what I assume). I overheard a good amount of yelling and from what I gathered, their employee was being treated horribly by this ridiculous and joke of a manager that obviously does not know how to do his job. This place has been a go to for some of my connected family for years but we will be taking our business elsewhere as I will not support mistreatment of the people that make our pups so happy. Hopefully this reaches the owner and they make adjustments to management and the way that they are treating their employees. After doing my research on other platforms, these individuals do not get paid the appropriate hourly rates to have to deal with both the dogs and other responsibilities, along with the poor management and a horrible work environment. read more

I know that same times they can be a handful but you always manage to work with them( Scared/bites/Mill dogs/Very Matted/ect.) I totally agree with the lady about the pet Resort. It was very gross and the help was rude and not helpful when I I dropping my dogs off. Waiting in the front room forever. Maybe you should have someone at the front office area, someone can just walk in and steal all those collars ect up there. Waiting there forever for someone to come get my dog's. I walked thru the door and get yelled at like I'm a nothing. Who's paying your pay check. I took my dogs and left. Dont go there if you want to be treated like a nothing. My dog absolutely loves this place, also I'm tired of hearing all the haters, it really IS their dogs fault for not holding still, the people who work there are the nicest and always take care of my dog, she was even in that commercial, the brown and white cav, we boarded her there and had her groomed too, she looked perfect! Adventure Pet Resort is the best!!!!!! I am sooooo overprotective of my 3 rescue girls. They even have a live in nanny. But they love to play in the indoor park and play with the other kids. They are also learning socialization skills with other pups. This is the MOST AMAZING place for everyone to take their kids. My girls are always happy when they get there. Just left this location and was asking about prices, they said they had a incident with a mastiff and if they board mine he'd be in a cage all day. So because our dog is a mastiff he'd not get any socialization and would be in a cage all day... please do not take your pets here, if I could give zero stars I would! I'm delighted to have found a great boarding facility for my dogs, and I'm thrilled to hear that they had an amazing time on their vacation. This daycare truly stands out, especially in terms of grooming, bathing, and washing blankets. They surpass all the others in these areas. Our fur baby Ruby Tuesday is always so happy to stay at Adventure Pet Resort! I feel relieved that she is be taken care of while we are out of town. We check-in regularly to see how she is doing via the cameras and she is always having a fun time socializing with the other pups and sleeping soundly in her room at night. Best dog care service I have ever experienced. Absolutely fair prices. I've been bringer by my pup here for a few months. Everyone is very friendly, they remember his name and me as well. They keep me informed about his wellbeing through the day and provide "report cards" to let you know he was a good boy. 10/10 do recommend. I left my dogs Rocky and Hana at Adventure a week ago. They were treated like a prince and princess. I was able to find out how they were doing any time by calling and speaking with a care giver.
