Amazing place they took care of Eduardo like their own doggie. I recommend 1,000 % Beautiful Facility, clean and very caring for my little baby .

Luxe Pet Hotels is wonderful!! We came to Vegas for couple days for our daughter's volleyball tournament with our dog ToTo. Since we could not take him to the games, we called Luxe Pet Hotels very last minute to see if there is daycare offered. They responded right away once we sent the questions thru Yelp, and we were so happy to find this place!! Remember to bring the vaccinations before your reservation. Toto had a blast and passed out in the car while we are driving back to LA. Luxe Pet hotels is excellent!!!

Replies were not supportive/helpful.Can't contact after hours if you have any concerns. Not a 24/7 service with true care for animals.

I booked Luxe Pet Hotels in Las Vegas expecting high-quality care based on online reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. I reserved a queen suite with a camera for my anxious dog and specifically told the staff--especially Viviana--that my dog needed extra attention and reassurance. My concerns were dismissed. I later discovered that from 6 PM to the following morning when they open dogs are left alone in their rooms with no supervision. They claim security is in the building, but I watched my dog howling on camera all night without anyone checking on her. There was no one to answer the phones when I tried calling multiple times in the middle of the night. I even drove to the facility to pick up my dog early--only to find the lights off and no one responding at the door. When I finally got in the next morning, I was told the overnight "security" was asleep upstairs and that I should've requested overnight check-ins--something I was never informed was necessary or even possible. If a facility claims to offer 24/7 care, there should at minimum be someone checking on the dogs. The staff ignored my concerns about my dog's anxiety and discomfort around other dogs, and the footage they later sent confirmed how distressed she was during her stay. Note that the footage isn't very personalized and it's of all dogs you don't get a specific one of your own and if you were to request it, good luck receiving one because they are not responsive via text (attaching screenshot here) and as a mentioned no reply from anyone after 6pm. The answer I received on how my dog has been was not reassuring at all and made me feel more uncomfortable when responses stopped completely. This was a traumatic experience for both me and my dog. Luxe Pet Hotels failed to provide the level of care and communication that any responsible dog owner should be able to expect. I hope this helps others--especially those with anxious pets--make a more informed decision. See my response below to your reply: You continue to dismiss your customer's feedback and concerns without accepting/acknowledging what really happened. If my dog was so "aggressive" why did you take her? No one mentioned to me these concerns of my dog's aggression. In the videos you shared, you can clearly see my dog is not at all aggressive to anyone or the dogs around her. She is more afraid and nervous than anything else. And to clarify, yes, my dog initially did try to bite Viviana who tried to grab her which my dog did not expect AND she has never actually bitten another human to intentionally hurt them. She was being protective like many dogs are with their owners, but she is far from being a violent dog. You never mentioned this to me via text and how can I request any accommodations if you are not responsive to my texts? When someone says their dog is anxious and you can see your customer is nervous, take it a bit more seriously next time and try to reassure the customer and if you have any concerns about someone's dog, please flag them. Also, I watched on the camera when you tried to feed my dog the next day - you placed the food on the corner and left. My dog was just standing there away from you. And when you tried to take my dog to daycare, I also saw on camera that my dog went and hid under the bed. How is that an aggressive dog? I watched it happen on camera... and I wish I recorded it to show people how much you are lying here to cover yourself. None of this excuses no one checking in on any of the dogs after 6pm. That's still ridiculous and I don't see why anyone should have to request someone to do that when it is common sense to make sure they're doing okay after over 10 hrs with no supervision. That is what a dog hotel who truly cares for the well being for animals would have done. I hate to be that person because I do not like to leave bad reviews, but people need to know the reality of your negligence and I don't want others to go through the same thing. Rather than overlooking this and giving another excuse, I hope you take some time to listen + learn how to communicate better with your customers, provide them with all options (you never communicated to me the option of having someone check on my dog overnight), have some kind of emergency number for after hours in case an owner sees their dog is not doing well on camera, put more care into the way you watch the animals, and be mindful that people are paying you a lot of money and putting trust in your hotel to watch their pets properly.

Absolutely the best pet hotel in Las Vegas! To be honest, we haven't tried them all, but we've tried quite a few and all of the well reviewed ones and Luxe has by far been the best experience we've had for boarding and daycare. One of the top to three we've used anywhere in the multiple metropolitan areas we've lived in with our current pup. The facility is absolutely top-notch and we were pleasantly surprised (hard to do) with the cleanliness of the facility. From the second we walked in we were reminded of a 'fancier' version of our absolute favorite pet hotel in the Bay Area, Fit-N-Furry. The staff here all seemed friendly and the (assume to be) owner is just a delight. You can tell that everyone loves pets and that in itself made this place a no-brainer for future patronage. Seriously, this is the most important part to us, as we are entrusting you with our baby (she also called them 'babies', which my significant other and I just adore). Our dog absolutely hates most boarders and daycares but didn't seem to mind this place and by the time we got back from our trip, she acted like she didn't want to leave. That's only happened at one other place before and we have an excellent relationship with that business and its owners up unto this day. Thats what we're looking for in a service provider, especially one who is directly responsible for caring for a loved one. Pro-Tip: They offer discounted daycare packages; they're such a great value we snagged one upon picking Roxy up, after seeing her so 'satisfied' with their services, just to guarantee we'd remember to use this place again. One of the best perks of this place is that everything is included in the base rate and you don't have to upgrade to a higher-tier room/rate and/or add on packages/fees to get what you need. That level of transparency is also paralleled by the ease of referencing where you're at on your pre-paid package by the ledger they keep that you get to see every time, not that you need to of course. Also to note, is that we're always hesitant to go with the base package and here we did and found it to be more than adequate for our baby. That's rare in pet hotels these days. I cannot recommend this place enough; try them first, before you waste your time and risk your dog's wellbeing to someone else. Thanks guys! Wait. I almost forgot the little videos and pictures they send you are the best and much better than a boring webcam feed (you always have to pay for) and they didn't charge me a fee like many other places have. You'll absolutely love getting them and they'll make your day (if you love your pet as much as we do) whether you are at work on a getaway.

I don't think this is weird at all and Mary asked my permission to cuddle with my dogs at night. The sweetest! Best webcam footage ever

SO NICE!! I almost got kicked out of The Westgate in Vegas, a "pet friendly" hotel because my dogs barked a few times at night because people were slamming doors and yelling through the halls. The Westgate's answer was, "It's a casino." Anyway, I had to find a boarding place ASAP. Some places require 3 days notice beforehand! Luckily not this place. All I need were vax records for both of my dogs. Hint: Call your hospital at least the day before for vax records. Luckily my receptionists were quick about it, but not all receptionists and vets are as timely. Anyway, this place is run by a very nice Romanian family. They don't speak much English, but their receptionists and dog handler speak perfect fluent English. They took such good care of my Coco and Bob and listened and followed all my instructions for each dog. Bob is kind of a troublemaker and they took care of him with flying colors. Mary the grandma asked my permission if she could sleep with my dogs at night, and I had no problems with that. My dogs loved it. The sweetest lady ever. Also in the Celebrity rooms they have queen/king beds with a webcam for viewing. Having that webcam footage was the best and gave me peace of mind. Pickup is 11am and for only $30 more you can leave your pets there later throughout the day. Pretty sweet! I suspect the other negative reviews have to do with the language barrier. I was worried about that. But if you make sure to give the receptionist AND dog handler explicit directions there won't be a problem. Yay, can't wait to have my dogs stay here again!

Our puppy Koda loves to come here for daycare. He gets so excited every time he walks through the door and gets showered with kisses and praise. You can tell everyone here truly LOVES animals. Since coming here our pup has gotten much more affectionate, had a great experience grooming, mouths gently (no more puppy biting!) and the best part of all of it.. He is SO tired when he leaves he mellows out for two days which helps his home behavior a ton. He even falls asleep in the car on the way home after a long day of playing with his friends. This has been the best doggy daycare facility I have ever taken my animals to and we are absolutely a lifelong customer!

    Sleeping with urine and feces
    Heidi V.

WARNING - DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE. As we discovered, Luxe's standard operating procedure is that your dog will be left alone for 14.5 hours without any bathroom breaks and will sleep in a room with feces and urine. We boarded our two dogs in a celebrity suite for two nights, and after the second night we saw on the video that their room had feces and urine all over it. We called immediately to find out what was going on, and Viviana informed us that our dogs had been put in the room at 5pm and were not let out again until 7:30am the next day. That meant 14.5 hours locked in a room with no bathroom relief. She said this was standard procedure at Luxe, and if any dogs had to go to the bathroom they were expected to deficate and urinate in their room. We were absolutely appaulled. As any dog owner knows, this amount of time without a break is incredibly irresponsible and dangerous for their health. Furthermore, to expect a house trained dog to urinate and defecate where they sleep is psychologically awful. Not to mention completely unsanitary and disgusting for your poor dog to stay in a room for hours with feces and urine. We proceeded to look back in the video recording from the previous night to find that our poor Labrador was distressed around 2am - panting and pacing back and forth looking for any way out - before having to urinante on the floor in his room. We also saw that he had defecated right by the door beforehand. He is 10 years old, highly trained, and has NEVER done this anywhere but was clearly in desperate need. Our other Labrador was in the room as well, and they both had to stay in there with the feces and urine until 7:30am. Viviana had no hesitation in saying that this was normal procedure for this boarding facility. Needless to say we packed our things and picked them up, we told Viviana that this was absolutely unacceptable behavior and abusive to dogs. She tried to tell us that it was our fault for not telling her that they needed to be let out, to which I say further proves how awful this facility is. What responsible boarding facility in their right mind thinks that leaving dogs in a room for 14.5 hours straight without a bathroom break is acceptable?? Not to mention that Luxe charges $240 per night and touts their attention to your "babies". Viviana continued to text me with this excuse again after we left, which I am attaching to this review. I am also attaching photos and a clip of the video in the room (too long to post here, it's posted on Google Reviews) so others can see what we woke up to and how distressing it was as we watched our dogs go through this. Do not make the mistake that we made, NEVER leave your dogs here.

I'm a bit iffy on this place. Why? So I have been to a few of the daycares around town. There's a…read moreparticular style of daycare that I don't find to be very stimulating for dogs and this place kind of fits that format. While it is convenient for me, when I watch the cameras, it looks like the dogs are just wandering around like zombies. Usually other daycares have more interaction with staff. There's maybe one staff member to like 15 or 20 dogs. The other thing is I'm not entirely sure they actually understand dog behavior. Because a lot of the dogs are restless and have zero structure, they don't have great socializing manners. My dog is an intelligent breed who will correct dogs who are rude or in his face and it gets tiring for him if he's doing that more than the staff. So when they told me that they had put him away because he was air nipping at dogs, that was strange. I've never had a report of him having behavior issues. Now if they had told me he seemed tired and needed to be to decompressed, that's fine. Maybe it was the staff's wording. And why she needed to report it to me I don't know because that's just a normal part of daycare and dog behavior. So after reading the reviews I did see instances in which dogs that are being aggressive to begin with or annoying aren't being corrected and then when the dog goes to correct them, which is dog etiquette, the dog who asserts boundaries to protect themselves gets punished? That to me shows a lack of understanding about dog behavior. I've watched the webcams at other daycares, and staff know how to separate dogs or to keep things from escalating and know when it's appropriate to put a dog away in a crate for a little time without making the dog feel bad or without making the owner think there's some big issue. I'm trying to gauge whether he actually likes going here. He comes home tired but not looking happy. And whenever we go there in the morning, he tends to whine, which he doesn't do at the other locations we've been. So this one will probably start getting rotated out of his daycare choices for the week. But on the positive side, I do like that they have a little events for the dogs or special treats and get your permission. I just don't feel very confident that it's anything more than just like a room full of dogs all walking around in circles. Like at least interact with them a little bit? Maybe add another counselor or two per group? Make me feel like everybody is taking classes about dog behavior and understand different dog breeds and how dogs are meant to interact? Also the webcam never seems to work very well. I'll watch on the phone or don't even try to watch on the laptop and it goes in and out but at least they have a webcam because barx parx doesn't. And there may be people and dogs who love this place or love the locations in other parts of Las Vegas but for intelligent breeds, I just don't think this place is very stimulating or matches well with his needs. Maybe this is just what happens when you take a bunch of dogs regardless of personality and throw them in together. Dogs have different play styles and some dogs are annoying to other dogs. But here, it just feels like a major free-for-all. The staff are mostly friendly, but maybe also communicating different things to the dog owners in a different way would have probably avoided me feeling less confident about this place because now I'm worried about who my dog is with during the day. If you don't know dogs, that's kind of concerning.... And I'm not seeing anything in my experience or my dog's reactions or through the webcam that makes me feel confident... And with that many dogs per one counselor, I can see where it would be easy for a dog to get hurt.

The staff does an incredible job caring for and watching over our dogs--they truly take pride in what they do. We've tried other doggie daycares in the past, and this one has been by far the best. Our pups are naturally very nervous and not big fans of people, but the team here has consistently gone above and beyond to build trust with them. Because of that patience and care, our dogs now look forward to their camp days, and we love being able to see them playing on the cameras. I feel completely comfortable recommending this place as a safe and caring environment for your pup. I know how difficult it can be to leave your babies in someone else's care, and this team truly puts our minds at ease. We genuinely enjoy this place and will continue to use their services.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible place, with the new owners. I boarded my dog there…read morefrom Aug 21. & picked him up Sept 3. I noticed that he had gotten thin and was not his usually self. On Sept. 5th I had to take him to the vet. He weighed 13 lbs (on 8/6/25 he was at vet and he weighed 14.8 lbs which was always his normal weight give a few ounces). He also had fever of 103, and bloody soft stool and very lethargic. The next day I called kennel and told them what happened, I was told the owner would get back to me. No call from the owner, so I called again the next day. Same response. On Monday. 9/8 I called the previous owner, he told me that he would have the new owner contact me. The new owner Mckelle gave me a call that night. She told me after 2 hours they pick up the wet food (cans). Whether its eaten or not. My dog has always been a grazer (he eats when he wants too). Mckelle also told me that she would call me back the next day after checking the feeding logs. I never got another call. Basically they starved my poor boy and the damage to his system was irreversible. I had to put him to sleep on 9/9/25. My beautiful boy is gone because of them!!!! Avoid this place!!!!

A one stop shop for all your pet and house service needs with outstanding customer service!…read more I was previously with another waste removal service that I loved but they had billing issues using QuickBooks. With multiple pets, I needed quick and consistent service. I sent an inquiry through Yelp projects and was contacted by the owner Afsheen. He so warm and personable. He listened, outlined my options, and explained the other services offered (landscaping, handyman, pet sitting). It just so happened I needed landscaping for a major yard clean up as well. Both were scheduled an executed expediently and at a very good price. Daniel did magic on the yard and managed to save our dying tree. We also set up weekly pet waste service. We always receive a text the day before and day of. Our technician, John, is always so quiet and does a through job. Afsheen has put together a wonderful professional team who takes pride in their jobs. Billing and payment is done online and is a breeze and so easy. Highly recommend this service and have already gladly passed their contact info to others. They are competent and timely. Thank you Rebel DK!

The owner, Afsheen, is incredibly kind and genuinely invested in the people he serves and our fur babies as well. He is personable, thoughtful, and truly a good human at heart. If you have lived in Las Vegas long enough, you understand that finding that level of integrity and sincerity is not always easy. Afsheen stands out for all the right reasons, especially with a business. His entire team reflects the same professionalism and respect. They are prompt, consistently communicative, providing updates when they are on the way and confirm immediately after services are complete. The yard is always spot on and the gate always closed properly behind them. That reliability and transparency make a significant difference, especially a peace of mind for our fur babies. Rebel DK is truly a gem of a business, and I am grateful to have found Afsheen and his team. Keep up the amazing work guys!
