My experience with Top Dog has been frustrating due to the lack of consistency among the groomers and the unwillingness to take accountability when concerns are raised. During my most recent appointment, I was charged full price even though my pup was not bathed and her hair and nails were not properly trimmed. Additionally, I had to reschedule a previous appointment because my dog had undergone surgery and still had sutures in place, making it unsafe for her to be groomed at that time. Despite these extenuating circumstances, I was still told I would be charged a fee, which felt unreasonable given the situation. As a paying customer, I expect consistent service, quality care for my pet, and a fair response when legitimate concerns are brought forward. read more

Love it here ! They always treat my Maltipoo with love and patience (she's always anxious to come in). They do a really good job with her cut and barb and always listen to my concerns or needs when it comes to her. My only feedback is that they should re-open a central location. Both of their locations are on the outskirts of Las Vegas and that's why my dog doesn't come as often. read more

I had a frustrating experience at Top Dog Grooming. I booked online expecting my dog to receive a full haircut, but when I arrived, I was told that I would need to schedule three separate appointments instead -- one for a bath, one for a nail trim, and another for a very minimal haircut. This was never clearly communicated beforehand and felt unnecessary. As a responsible pet owner, I take great care of my dog's hygiene, including regular brushing, baths, exercise, and overall health. There was no clear reason given why a standard grooming session couldn't be done in one visit. I also visited on Easter Sunday, and the staff seemed uninterested and eager to rush us out. The interaction felt cold and unwelcoming, which made the experience even more disappointing. As a younger customer (17), I couldn't help but feel like we were being taken advantage of, but I knew better than to agree to something that didn't seem right. Overall, the lack of clear communication and customer service was disappointing. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. read more

I took my dog here for his first grooming and I have to say that I was highly impressed. The dog groomer was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well. She was extremely caring of my dog and made sure to go at a slower pace to not scare him. My dog came out looking great and did not seem afraid at all after I picked him up. They also included a cool bandana on my pup when I picked him up. The prices were also extremely reasonable for the amount of service performed (cut, wash/dry, nail filing, ear cleaning, eye cleaning, paw fur trimming, all for $50). I am VERY unsatisfied and upset, I took my dog daisy to get groomed. They said they had to shave her since she was "matted". She came out and i broke down, my dog daisy was unrecognizable. She was frightened and i wondered why, i looked over her body only to find they shaved her nipples completely off and have terrible cuts under her arms and by her private area. They didn't clean my dogs ears, they left her legs cut uneven, didn't cut the nails and charged and dematting fee when all they did was shave her down to her skin. I spoke to the manager and the owner jason, the owner jason was very unprofessional and didn't have an explanation as to why my dogs nipples were cut off and bleeding. He said he would give me a call back and hung up on me. read more

Brought my dog Mochi here for the first time and I couldn't be any happier with my husband's and my experience. The front of the shop was clean and entertaining with being able to watch the dogs through the window for the doggy day camp. The workers there were very friendly and made sure to welcome us with a smile. Alicia, the groomer, also did an excellent job with Mochi's cut and I can definitely say that it's the best haircut he's ever received. If I could give negative stars I would. I brought my puppy yorkie here for the first time. When the groomer came out and talked to me and asked how I wanted her cut. I said just a trim and than sanitary shave around the butt. I like the grooming job. The first issue i had was that I had a 12:00 appointment and was told it was only going to be 2 hours and it took almost 4! My second and MAIN issue is that when they brought my puppy out to me she dropped my dog and she hit her head! (She is a 5 lb yorkie). I called to talk to the owner, Jason, because now I had a very expensive vet bill. He informed me that nothing was wrong with the grooming and he was not going to do anything about his staff dropping my puppy. NEVER going back here again and will tell all my friends and family to never trust them with their animals. Very sad. read more

Peanut had a great time here today! He was groomed to perfection and was super happy when I picked him up. The guy up front I can't quite Remember his name I think Shane or Shawn he is super nice. The groomer was also friendly when I dropped Peanut off.
