So after you do a direct pull from the creditor so that the money is received on time, double the amount you paid will show as being withdrawn from your account. This did not happen until the switch to .bank and a different vendor was put in place for bill pay. Please fix this FNB because it is much better to handle bill pay in one place than it is to have every creditor have access to one's bank account information for direct pulls.

There isn't constant turnover as there was at my previous bank -- a regional chain. It's also not as busy so I can step up to the counter more quickly than before. Their app is a bit easier to navigate than my previous bank's app too. Only reasons for four stars at this branch (and they are minor) : 1) No safe deposit boxes. I could really use that; 2) No change counting machine. KCCU advertises that customers can turn in large amounts of change to be machine counted and exchanged one day a week for free. Turns out they only do that at the Portage branch, not this one. The Portage branch is located in a wealthier area. So what are we? Chopped liver?

Members who opt in to the Kasasa account can earn 4.25 percent on balances up to $25,000 (with 25 debit transactions per month, paperless statements, and direct deposits of $1,000+ per month), and can link a Kasasa savings account so that balances above $25,000 earn 1 percent. That's loads better than CDs these days. This particular Kalsee location is palatial (tons of private offices and a half dozen or so teller windows), with plenty of lot parking and several handicap spots right by the door.
