I had an EKG done…read morehere MONTHS ago, and finally got a call saying that the results are in, and a nurse practitioner can call me with that, but... since I told the girl that I no longer have insurance, she told me that she is going to cancel the "appointment". I asked why and said it's literally a phone call to go over a procedure I already had done at the facility. She said it's considered an appointment, and I can pay out of pocket if I want. I know I'm entitled to the results (a doctor's office is absolutely legally bound to give a patient this type of information), and I told her that. She argued with me for a while, wouldn't answer my questions, then finally got quiet for a minute, and had me talk to a "manager". This person asked if I wanted her to leave the results at the front desk so I can pick them up, to which I replied, "That would be f****** awesome!" She then told me to watch my language and hung up. I called back and the front desk girl told me the manager had "changed her mind", and I was getting nothing. She then told me she was referring me to "upper management" (lol) and I asked for that phone number, which she refused to give me right before SHE hung up on me. About an hour later, as I was online browsing through lawyers in the area, a nurse practitioner had the common sense to call and give me the results, which took about two minutes and eight seconds. I'm fine, by the way. My better half, who managed a doctor's office for over a decade, told me that she would fire someone if they treated a patient this way. As for me, I haven't had such ghetto service since... um.... since.... hmmmmm.... well, since I don't know when! There are LOTS of choices in the area, and most people who work at an office like this are professional and really cool. This is the exception; do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else.

I went to Dr Gonsch looking for a new PCP. While the office staff and assistant were nice, polite…read moreand caring Dr. Gonsch was anything but. She spoke to the computer the entire visit other than checking my heart and lungs. When she asked me a question and I attempted to answer she interrupted me and scolded me about things she knew nothing about in my life. All in all she was with me for five minutes (I checked my watch) and charged $495! The icing on the cake was when she sent me for a glucose test but told me to eat before the test - which makes the test useless. Would not recommend!

I have never met a doctor that was so attentive, timely, professional, honest, and just an overall outstanding person and professional. However, today I went to the doctor expecting Nicole, and found out she is no longe there. I am usually in and out I waited for almost an hour to be seen. I am pregnant, so after so long, I had to use the restroom, so I stepped across the hall and went. While I was using the bathroom, I heard the new nurse practitioner saying no one is in here, I am moving on to the next patient, with an attitude. Then she came in asked all of two questions about me "this is our first time meeting she was very disinterested and brief", did not take any notes, just said Im going to refer you all these things. She had her student, who she just brought in, did not ask if I was comfortable or not, check my baby heart beat and she pushed my stomach too hard. Then, she said make your next doctor's appointment. The way I was serviced today was completely unsatisfactory, and if it was Nicole, it would not have been this way. This was my last doctor's visit to them, unless Nicole comes back. Thank you.

About 50 years ago ....watched the incompetence grow over the years - front desk scheduling and billing are HORRIFIC. ... My last doctor there- Zamoyski was great at first for the few years, but started being angry when you asked too many questions or challenged her just a little.... my family saw it too... they "banned" my 30 YO daughter 1st..... then banned my 84 YO mother in law.... I finally gave up and found a new provider before Lawn banned the rest of the family. Best thing I ever did... Run... or walk ... but away from here

I didn't do it ,but they left me hanging on a visit 2 DAYS after release from the hospital after a concussion and a little brain bleeding and would not see me. Obviously all about the $$$$ NOT the patient. I need to find a new provider now. Also there were MANY billing and scheduling issues... never very flexible for an 80 YO senior.
