They sent one male nurse that SPIT in my bath tub in front of me...totally disgusting and today suzanne the receptionist argued with me that I have nurses scheduled from 7 am to 9 am when clearly I asked for 9 am to 11 am.... I do like the nurse romalee that comes but today I realy hate this company for making up their own time...NOT RIGHT...so my dad suffers until 7 pm tonight I can not get him up hes dead weight..and this company left me hanging VERY BAD...UNACCEPTABLE....and always an excuse someone just called and they are sending someone at 11 am..i told the woman that i never scheduled anyone at 7 am she said they send nurses when they can schedule them ..well 7 am is unacceptable and not right to do to me switching my hours to please them and not accommodate me...this insnt right...and to make up hours to suit them and not my father isnt right either I am NOT HAPPY Edit: they did send a nurse at 11:30 am and she took care of dad...at least they followed through and sent a nurse otherwise i would have had to wait until 7 pm for the male nurse to come to tend to my father

Continuum Care Of Broward serviced my mother in law for the last couple of weeks. From the…read morebeginning their service was lax, we had to pay for the ambulance transfer initially since my mother in law is bed bound. The HHA care was acceptable, the nurse care met and exceeded expectations, the problem was when my mother in law got a UTI. My mother in law became very lethargic, and would not swallow the antibiotics, I had to send her to the hospital, something that was a no-no to Continuum, they would not allow the hospital to give her intravenous antibiotic. They threatened not to take her back, they would have rather have her die of a simple UTI. Beware of this company.

I think my mom thought she was a family member at first and Allison just began to act like she was and loved on my momma and let my momma love on her...I hope I haven't left out anything but if i did believe me it was all good.
