Having not used their services for well over a year after moving out of Florida, I have now been contacted multiple times by Elaine in the billing office telling me I owe them money for a visit in August 2021. After checking my credit card statements I found the copay they collected at the time and Elaine agreed I paid it. She then said they charged my insurance company $675 for that 5 minute call which, of course, the insurance company was not going to cover an outrageous charge. They now want me to pay this charge over 2 years later. I would recommend everyone avoid this scam business and, if you are already using them, beware their tactics and look elsewhere for your care.

A friend recommended Bridge Theory, so I reached out at the end of May 2024, and we began therapy in June 2024. Samantha paired us with Ms. Rebecca, who truly is an angel in disguise. To say my daughter's progress was remarkable is an understatement. Every week, we saw noticeable improvements--whether it was her self-correcting when asked to repeat a word or taking the time to think before speaking. As a mother in education, I could clearly see the difference between group therapy at school and one-on-one therapy. In a group setting, they were working on IEP goals, but with several kids in the group, the time spent walking between locations and occasional canceled sessions, the progress was limited. My daughter didn't have many major errors, but she was definitely behind, and in just seven and a half months, she graduated! The level of attention to detail, the thoughtful explanations, and the strong rapport Ms. Rebecca built with my daughter made all the difference. She also took the time to listen to my concerns as a parent and would incorporate additional strategies to address what I was seeing.
