Labs can be drawn there with results given within appropriate times. Return calls are always completed. The only drawback is the rudeness of the front office staff. They are abrupt and rude on the phone and and it can be very difficult to schedule a last minute appointment if you are ill. It feels like you have to fight to get an appointment when you need to be seen on short notice. Our family continues to go because the doctors are great and I feel they follow our care thoroughly.

In January 2026, Jennifer Rogulic, NP, sent me a MyChart message instructing me to request my ADHD medication about a week before I would run out because of repeated delays with refills. I followed those instructions for months. When I requested my refill a week early in May, I was told that controlled medications should not be requested early, despite following the guidance I had previously been given by the same provider. When I respectfully questioned why the instructions had changed and referenced the earlier MyChart message, the issue was never meaningfully addressed. Instead, I was later told the original message simply meant I should remind the office that a refill would be needed, which was confusing because that is not what the written message stated. The visit summary also stated that I was "consistently changing my story" about when I was moving out of state. That was confusing because we had only discussed my move on two occasions. At one visit, I shared that I planned to move at the end of June. At my next follow-up, I explained that my plans had changed and that I would instead be moving on July 8. Those were the only conversations we had regarding my move. To make matters worse, my medical record stated that I was changing my diabetes medication Mounjaro doses "at my leisure." That is not what happened. I accidentally took a previously prescribed 10 mg dose after two prescribed strengths were unintentionally mixed together in my refrigerator. I immediately informed Jennifer Rogulic, NP, explained exactly what had happened, and stated that I would return to my prescribed 7.5 mg dose. I believe patients should be able to be honest about an accidental medication error without having it characterized as intentional noncompliance. The 10 mg dose was giving me many side effects so I asked if we could go down in dose. This is why I had both 10 mg and 7.5 mg in my refrigerator. My chart also now reflects behavioral concerns related to my ADHD medication and includes a behavioral therapy referral, even though my concerns were about medication refill timing and continuity of care. I filed a complaint asking that my medical record accurately reflect what occurred, but I have not received follow up on that. Patients deserve clear communication, accurate documentation, and the confidence that being honest with their provider will not result in their concerns being mischaracterized. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Up until this I believed I had a very good relationship with Jennifer, but I had never questioned her care or treatment plan. This was the first time I questioned her and it was not well received at all by her.

They required me to change my primary care doctor with insurance, so I did and made an appointment. At the appointment he walked in and said "I do not treat pain here!" He did this without even looking at the 2 inch thick stack of paperwork, nor did he look at the surgeries I had just days prior. I believe he is trying to scam insurance companies for the initial visits and has no interest in helping anyone. Treated me incredibly rude and without any respect. She had her series of epidural steroid injections with an Anesthesiologist at the local hospital. Nothing relieved her pain. My mom has been in pain for so long now that her entire personality and desire to be social had vanished. It literally broke my heart to see my mom in such pain. For the last resort, (my mom does not like to go to the doctor and she had so much pain with the ESIs that she was afraid) I asked her to make an appointment with Dr. Faubel to see if she was a candidate for Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA). I know that Dr. Faubel is the only physician in the area who performs this cutting edge procedure and is also a Fellowship trained physician. This procedure would be a last ditch effort for pain relief for my mom. She made the appointment (reluctantly) and was a candidate for the procedure. My mom is back to being 'my mom' again. Her pain is gone. The sparkle is back in her eye. Dr. Faubel was wonderful with her during each visit! His assistant Carlie was compassionate and professional, as well. For all of those patients suffering from debilitating back pain, do not give up hope. Make an appointment with Dr. Faubel. Please, understand Dr. Faubel can only do what he has in his 'toolbox of treatments', but I guarantee you if he has something in that 'toolbox' that will help you I have all of the confidence in the world that you will be happy you went to see him. Was dismissive about issue that bright me in that is affecting my life most. As he walked away however he mentioned "B6" and I promptly got myself some for under $5. After YEARS of being incredibly hindered by nerve pain in my hands I now have full use of them again just by adding this vitamin to my life. No more dependence on gabbapentin, none, for weeks. I'm glad I held off on surgery all these years. I regret how much I suffered tho considering how simple the remedy was. A symptom of a bigger health problem in my case, which this Dr. couldn't wrap his head around, because surely you are not credible when your body has problems... Right? That's how he made me feel. As he referred me to another quack to continue to pass the buck and line the pockets of his friends.
