I've always used Clinique or Cetaphil and I thought that my acne was normal. I've never been one of those people who can run around and be ok with no make up on my face- until now. First a foremost, I feel bad writing this review since she was very sweet. But I just can't "get used" to these lashes. I asked for a natural lash and I got the opposite. The length of them are so long that they hit my eyebrows and are very irritating. They clump up on the ends and I'm constantly having to brush them out to lay right. I also feel like they're a little sparse and have empty spaces where there shouldn't be. If you like full glam lashes this place is for you! Unfortunately, this is not what I wanted. I did mention they were a little long for me, she said it will take some time to get used to them and when I come back she can remove a few long ones. She was reassuring me that she will do whatever I wanted and would make them right. As much as I appreciateI just don't think it's possible to fix them without removing everything and starting fresh. I didn't know what to say.. so I just left. Again, she's lovely and such a nice person. And if it was a review on her personality alone I would give her 5 stars!! However, to no fault of hers but rather MY OWN crazy idea - I thought go glam-bam "Voluptuous volume and sexy bedroom eyes" I was sadly disappointed (not by her work) but the extreme radical change I wasn't expecting. I gave it a day to try an adjust- but when my husband requested I get them removed I knew it wasn't a good look. When I contacted her about getting them removed via a text she graciously and promptly picked up the phone and reached out to me directly; she offered to not just remove them but completely re-do them at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!!! That blew my mind - time is money! She was not just willing to remove them at no cost but also completely re apply them, just to make me happy (despite her providing what I asked for) the process is very time consuming. I am very pleased with HER recommendation and outcome of my new lashes !!!!! More flattering and get a lot of compliments!
