Later I received and email and found out I was DENIED for not having enough income (which I could have told them if they showed me the prices outright and why I'd want to pay all at once from savings) and because of that it DID hurt my credit score. The email told me it would have adverse effects, but I also know from basic financial knowledge that getting denied would hurt me. I am young and trying to build my credit so this really hurt. Overall they're nice until you tell them the price is a little steep for you, from there it's typical car salesman tactics and a cold attitude. I understood walking in that this is an expense luxury service. But that is exactly why I wanted to get a price point to save up for. Now I really won't be able to afford it and maybe it has even ruined my chances at buying a house in the near future.

She is up front with you about how long your treatment plan will be to give you the best results possible. The experience never awkward like at the hair salon or nail salon. It's a very pleasant experience. Cindy is lovely and will always call the day before as a reminder which is great for someone forgetful like myself. Prices: her prices for electrolysis are competitive. At the front desk is a price sheet showing price per minute for every minute from 15 up to over an hour. A week later, I followed up, only to ask what I needed to avoid before the peel. That's when I was randomly told the price was actually $310, and that I had misunderstood. I had not. My communication was direct and specific from the beginning. When I calmly expressed the experience was frustrating given the back & forth with them, and offered a very fair compromise, $60 off, I was told I was "too nervous" and that no discount would satisfy me. That was both false and patronizing. I never raised my voice, never demanded anything unreasonable, and still expressed interest in keeping the appointment. Instead, they chose to cancel and try to frame me as the problem. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first uncomfortable experience. During my previous visit, I casually asked the injector about smile lines. I said nothing else, but she pointed out jowls. something I hadn't mentioned at all. Her tone came off more critical than constructive, and it left me feeling picked apart instead of supported. I also downloaded their app, which clearly stated I had $50 off my next treatment. When I brought it up, I was told I couldn't use it. The pattern I experienced: A quoted price that suddenly changed, Gaslighting language to avoid responsibility, Undermining comments that felt personal not professional, Advertised rewards that weren't honored. It's clear this business isn't used to women advocating for themselves without backing down. We Clients deserve transparency, consistency, and respect, not vague pricing, shifting explanations, or dismissive attitudes when we speak up. Be careful if you plan to visit!
