Wish I would give 0 stars.. I was seen by Wen Yang for an infection that festered into an abscess on the side of my finger nail. It was swollen, purple, throbbing and just a ridiculous amount of pain. I told him all of my concerns he listened, wrote it down and observed my finger. (Keep in my mind we are sitting at like a normal side desk table in a patient room). He goes out to get some stuff to pop it. He comes back and I ask him if he his going numb it? He says oh no you do not need that, it will not hurt that bad. He makes an attempt to pop it and I look the other way because I could not bare the pain says "oh wow just blood", I take a look there is just little globs of blood. He pokes another time, and I SHOW THIS MAN EXACTLY WERE HE NEED TO BE POPPING IT AND HE DISREGARDS ME. I ask him to stop at that point because he didn't know what the hell he was doing. I told him I'm going to the ER and he looked me dumbfounded and told me to just talk the antibiotics he prescribes and that I will be just fine. Absolute worst. He didn't know what the hell he was doing yet he still tried. Also, he used just like a little needle for drawing blood to attempt this and there were no other sterile cloths or anything that were opened to catch the puss if he were to. WOW. Unprofessional. I came in yesturday (9/26/22) to have my right ear looked at for a possible ear infection. The Tech (I say Tech because he didn't introduce himself has Doctor) checked my ear and said I have wax build up. This is after I told him the amount of pain I've been having and finding a black substaince in my ear. He did a rinse and said to repeat at home if it happens again in the future. Future me thinking that the problem is fixed. It was fine until about 3hrs later. My ear started throbbing again and pain returned as if no treatment had ever been done. It happened all night and I was in such agony that I couldn't sleep at all. I called a couple minutes after 8am and the gal said to come back in. So I came in about 8:30. The dark haired larger gal took my name and immediately told me, with no smile, it'll be $179. I said NO! This is a follow up because the service I paid less than 12hrs prior wasn't complete. She was rude, unsympathetic and has ZERO compassion. She addressed me as to say "too bad" and definantly not apologetic that I was in STILL in pain. She said If I wanted to be seen again, I had to pay. She kept repeating it. I became irrate because of her. I was and am in PAIN and had ZERO sleep! If she is going to be the face of this office, she needs to learn to be more compassionate, sympathetic and understanding. EVEN if I had to pay again, she should have maintain professionalism instead of maintening cold-heartedness. I left and now in attempt to dispute the charges from my credit card company! read more

I would have given 4 starts but I am deducting 3 because of the most rude receptionist I have ever met. She thinks that she is a manager. I have never had anyone talk to me so disrespectfully. Her tone, her attitude, everything was very bad and weird. Its important for these service firms to realize that we are customers and we are paying for a service and they are not doing us a favor. If this kind of rude and bad customer service continues, they will loose their customers.The receptionists are the face of your company and if they lack skills, they need to be trained on the basic skills on how to talk your customers. This place says it closes at 8pm, i get there before 8pm and the receptionist says "we are closed". I said so the sign says 8pm and she says "we take our last patient at 7pm". So you don't close at 8pm you close at 7pm, therefore you should change your hours its very misleading. read more

Came here for COVID testing, setting up an appointment online was fairly quick and you get the confirmation. It's when I showed up, after waiting in line and noticed that the test site didnt open until 30mins later. There were no signs letting us know the time, just that appointments qere required. I had to call the office from line to find out the time they sopen their doors, nothing against the staff, front desk was really nice, the rating is for the process. Would have been nice to know as I had to plan my morning and work around this. I would say walk-ins are just as fast, dont bother with scheduling an appointment, you can do it there on the spot. read more

So I'm back! Tried to take my finger off with my meat slicer. : ( It's 07:45 where am I going to go? Well, I had to finish getting my daughter ready for school so I could hold off until 08:00 to call. I tried Urgent Care in Fremont because it is close to my house and I kept getting the answering service. Grrrr. So I called Dr's Express and they answered their phone. : ) I told them what I did and they said that they could help me, no problem. PHEW! I did not want to go sit in the ER. So I arrive at about 08:30 and the place is empty! Yay. The staff is very nice. I get in right away. The doc in the office was great; very personable. No stitches required, just steri strips. I was out of the office by 09:30, but would have been out quicker if I wasn't such a bleeder. Lol Great experience. I will definitely be back... I actually have to in two days for them to check my finger. But, no seriously. I'll be using them for my urgent care needs. read more

Went on Saturday to check out its facilities and their grand opening celebration. I toured the business and it was rather nice for being so small. There are 4 exam rooms, a lab and a room to take your vital signs in. An X-ray room too. They are a paperless facility. I had my neck/shoulder issue looked at by a doctor (yes I was actually seen as a patient) The wait time was rather quick, very minimal forms (about a 1/2 sheet) I was taken in to get my vitals, all A+ there, then into the examination room (looks like any hospital room) Doctor came in, not with the usual clip board but with a tablet/netbook. Examination is similar to that of a hospital. But the only difference is that he had to type stuff out onto a electronic tablet, which made things sorta slow. Other than that things ran smoothly, he filled out a prescription for me. I was asked where I would like it (there's an on site pharmacy) But I had him fill it over at Walgreen's - this is all done electronically and you wont get that typical slip of paper. I received a follow up call this AM from the business to check on how I was doing, a very nice touch! They take most insurance - so check if they accept yours. People of all ages are welcome if you have a simple cold all the way up to fractures. (ouch). As well as vaccinations & physicals. Physicians are on site 7 days per week, no appt necessary. They're located across the street from the Hilton, in the same parking lot as the Starbucks. read more

Place is a joke. The doctors don't care about anything if its not expensive or blatantly obvious. The doctor literally told me to hurry up because they may get busy. He didn't have time for my symptoms. End result, he had no clue what was wrong with me and dint care. $300 lter, I left with 0 new information. He called me about the test results and about 3 minutes into the call he told me, "I have to go." Worthless doctors and terrible business. You pay for their services before you see the doc, btw. Two stars for the awesome staff at the front. You guys alone deserve a 5. The Dr. on the other hand wasn't very professional. Waited in a room for close to an hour and he came in for a pen and said "I'm busy with someone"... those were the only words spoken to me. Not only is that not professional, but it made me feel a lack of comfort knowing that he would be the one to come look after me. Busy or not, for a business deals with people... a "Hello, I'll be with you shortly" could have made a HUGE difference. The gentleman at the front was very apologetic and voided my copay. I appreciated his sincerity and attention to wanting the situation to be a positive one as I was leaving. Unfortunately, that only does so much. This place is TRASH they lied to me and ruined my Hawaiian vacation. I called multiple times before my schedule Covid testing asking about pricing and turnaround time . I was told they had 72 hours turnaround time and the doctor was the only person privy to the pricing info. I requested the doctor call me but of course I never received a a call. I called on the 22nd and 23rd requesting this information we were scheduled for the 24th. My daughter and I arrive for our appointment and are now being told they're NOT a 72 hour testing site and if I want our results in that time-frame I need to pay 499.00 per person WTF . I ask to speak with the doctor. While waiting I discover the people before me were experiencing the same issue. The doctor comes out and states the same thing the nurse had told us. He goes on to say although they are not a 72 hour site they have been getting results in that time-frame tests from Sunday came in that day Tuesday. At this point I am screwed everywhere else is booked and I'm not paying 1000 for something I could've gotten done for 200 elsewhere had these DUMB ASSES given me accurate information. We get tested as our flight was leaving on the 27th well today is the 28th and I'm at HOME with my results still pending and to add insult to injury the rep at Quest diagnostic just informed me they didn't even get our specimen until the 26th 2 days after we tested. When the doctor told us on the 24th our specimen would go to the lab that day . FUCK YOU AFC count your days . I will be escalating this matter to the next level . This place should be SHUT DOWN! Avoid this place at all costs. I went in with some back pain last year and when I walked in, they assured me that they accepted my insurance and that a consultation would only cost me my co-pay. 7 months later, they sent me a multi-hundred dollar bill claiming that my insurance didn't cover the consultation and the prescription. This is after they told me that it did. If I had known that Doctors Express wasn't covered by my insurance, I obviously would have left and found a place that was covered by my insurance - but they lied to me about coverage - maybe out of desperation for business - and are now trying to charge me for the full value of my consultation. When I spoke with Joe Gehman on the phone about this he called me a liar - saying that his staff never told me I had coverage. This is not true. I took a Covid test 12/8/20, 4 days later still waiting on results. It's unprecedented times so I know it must be tough for them to get all results back in a timely manner. The lines for both appt and walk-ins are about the same. They do need to spear head that better. Employees are nice. I'm giving them a better rating because they are working during these hardship times. It's out of their hands. I've been here 3 times before. The first and second time was great and fast. 3rd and this 4th time is due to the mass covid second wave. Just like the hospital, they're overwhelmed. Not enough man power. One thing I must add is... Whoever is in charge of their social media response needs to be fired. Highly confrontational to anyone with a bad review instead of trying to find a solution. Went to get vaccinated and although the lines are 12 feet apart, they have only one entrance. The SAME entrance. So you and a stranger could enter through the same ghetto cones and rope "entrance" but while you are being vaccinated, the other person is getting TESTED FOR COVID. At least have two separate entrances!! Not only that, but you can either exit through that same entrance or be directed to go through the active testing site. For better understanding, it's an area covered by tarp where nurses COVERED in PPE are having possible covid positive patients lower their masks and get swabbed...... THIS IS WHERE THEY SAID I COULD EXIT. So unorganized and possibly dangerous just to get vaccinated. You'd have better luck finding a shopping mart to be vaccinated. This is how they address your concern. This was the rude Response from the owner a month ago There are 2 separate lines 12 feet apart. Rest is UP TO YOU to keep your distance from all. Like??? Better business bureau plz collect this establishment. It's not false information, it's my actual experience I endured at your facility. Covid patients were getting swabbed. And yet, it's impossible to be infected bc we're in "open ventilation"?? Even the CDC says outdoors does NOT stop covid from infecting you. This is a true concern and INSTEAD of listing what you do for the community, consider constructive criticism. To clarify, I have been a nurse to the public during THIS ENTIRE pandemic. New information comes out almost monthly and I too have succumbed to constructive criticism from concerned patients/clients as opposed to meeting them with hostility. Just read any review that has criticism and you'll see this business dodging questions and turning the blame elsewhere. NEVER did I "call" your business "names", must be mixing me up with a different dissatisfied patient. You speak of patients dying of covid, well I too caught covid while being OUTDOORS! I had burns on my hand and went to this urgent care, I was greeted by a smiling receptionist and taken care of by a wonderful doctor called Dr. Singh. They took care of my pain and bandage my wounds s well and it got better. They also give me medicines to take home which relieves my pain. The facility was very clean and the waiting time was just a few minutes. I've been to other urgent cares but this one stands out with very little waiting time and good service. read more

A week ago the lady just said they don't give estimates or guarantee when the result will come out they just email or text if they receive or get the result. In my opinion the place very professional, worst places I have been to dr. parmit Singh was unprofessional and he was arguing with his wife while I was waiting in the room. He was unable diagnose the problem and suggested me to go somewhere else. All he offered was couple of band aids to take with and asked me to go somewhere else, he didn't care to to do first aid and behaved as if he is doing me a favor by offering me bandages. This is a horrible place! Please don't come here. My family and I got tested on Saturday 6/27/20 and we still haven't gotten our results when they told us that we would get our results on Wednesday. People are anxious for their covid test results. My family and I used our insurance for this, not like we used their free service. My friend went to Kaiser and got her Covid results one day later. I've gone in on two separate occasions because it's impossible to see my doctor with my provider unless i've made an appointment weeks in advance. On both occasions I was seen (by a doctor) within 10 minutes of checking in, with no appointment. The doctor's have always answered all of my questions, and provided other helpful tips and are never in a hurry to get you. Receptionist are friendlier than at any other doctor's office i've been to. Brought my 97 yr old relative to the dr today after 1 year of trying to get this relative out to the dr. Was WARMLY greeted by the dr himself (Dr. Steve Zonnervan) within seconds of walking in. VERY PROFESSIONAL staff. I was very pleasantly surprised at how smoothly they made the visit go as I am one to have Dr-phobia, lol. The only thing I would have like to have go differently is that we waited for nearly 2 hrs from start to finish. I would recommend getting online and signing up for a zip-pass (I believe) to be seen faster.
