While it has always been a great spot, they have managed to improve even since our last visit - great food, lovely ambiance, and outstanding service. We were a little worried about getting a table as you cannot make reservations for parties fewer than 5, but we were seated immediately and greeted warmly by the staff as we walked in. Dinner was reasonably priced, and each dish we had was wonderful. Our waitress was incredibly attentive without being hovering - an art form if you ask me - and even made sure to wish my wife a happy birthday. Washington's wines, or at least this region's, lean toward the dry side. Wind Rose did have a moscato they identified as sweet but I would say semi-sweet. It was still good! The appetizers we enjoyed were the meat & cheese plate, baked brie w/ sour cherry, and the olive tapenade & hummus plate. All very tasty.
