Your interactive dinner experience with Chef Nate and his better half. They are an amazing team for sure.

This is the Best steakhouse in Kitsap County no matter what you may read elsewhere. From the moment you step on their front porch, let your own senses cast the vote. Welcome to date night on steroids. The ambiance is date night chic, the drinks are exotic, and the completely interactive dining experience will have you coming back for more. This is the steakhouse Kitsap diners have been clambering for two decades. Get a reservation and get yourself a table at FAFO!

The whiskey they used for the Manhattan was some of the smoothest whiskey we've had!

We made a reservation on a night that is typically a night off for the chef and his wife but for a very small additional cost, we were offered a private dining experience and we jumped on it! What a very special treat! We arrived on time for our reservation and were greeted by both of them like we were family, I will forever remember the genuine smiles! We each ordered a Manhattan and sat back and relaxed in the beautifully decorated intimate restaurant while we watched Chef Nate do his thing. The scallops came out first and were absolutely divine! Soft and smooth like butter with accents of just enough herbs so the scallop shined. Our entrees included crispy skin salmon and tomahawk steak. The challenge of that perfectly crisped skin was met with a skill and expertise that many never achieve and the tomahawks temperature and rendering were pure perfection. Our meal finished off with a silky crème brûlée served with individual torches. We will definitely return and can't recommend FAFO enough!

My husband loved his burger and my steak was amazing! The price for some things are a little high. Sad they got rid of the New York Strip steak but the ribeye was great too!

Our waitress was kind and prompt, however a few things made this an ok experience. 1. Clams were delicious - but clam chowder is horrible 2. Only checked on us one time after food delivery and 3 people had water that needed refilled but never was. 3. They brought a Pup Cup with a candle to my MIL. Could you not spare a small slice of cake or something - it was so weird. Who brings a dressing 1oz cup with whipped cream for a birthday celebration? I personally would not go back, but I don't live near here so that won't be a problem. If you like old ambiance, and an old feeling this is your place, just not my vibe.

The bar is crowded, shared tables which some people will love the social, communal setup, while others might find it a bit uncomfortable or lacking in able to have good time with their own company. The experience is solid, but it won't be everyone's favorite depending on what you're in the mood for. Food was ok, but might want to eat before you go.

It wasn't as busy when we got there but it did quickly fill up. I ordered a full order of wings and went with mango habeñero and salt and vinegar. I was hoping the sauce for the mango hab was like BWW but it's a tad tart here. Not my favorite and the salt and vinegar was light. The wings are huge and worth the price you pay. Way cheaper than any wings I get in Seattle haha. My friend and I tried the death sauce and it was delicious. I thought it had a perfect amount of heat and the tph? Wings my other friend order were delicious! I'd come back for those because it's a flavor bomb. Looks like a fun spot to hang out at! We'll definitely be back whenever we're on this side of town.

Service was good, no issues there as they were able to accommodate large party (8-10 ppl). The kids booster chairs were sticky and needed to be cleaned. We had to use a baby wipe to clean before using. Some of the items we got were the Macha Burrito which was bland and lacked seasoning of the chicken. The Steak & Fries (Carne Asada Fries for us SoCal) was a 2, not as promising as other reviews. We ordered this as an appetizer and majority of family passed once they saw it and the rest once they tried it. Ordered the quesadilla and fries for the kids, and it was the smallest size tortilla used... not an adult order let alone an order to share with kids. Other items ordered were the Cali Burrito which I was told was good, but "needed something" and the fajitas with chicken. Chicken was pounded flat and very dry. We were hoping for more as this was a place that had higher expectations due to reviews and we really wanted some good Mexican food. But it missed the mark and sad as we continue to find a Mexican shop that lives up to SoCal or at least close.

If you arrive early, there's also street parking close to the gazebo, which looked like a popular spot for family gatherings and small get-togethers. I spent some time walking along the waterfront paths and exploring the docks and pier. If you're not a fan of heights or being over the water, parts of the dock might feel a little intimidating. The boards are older and somewhat uneven in places, but everything felt sturdy, safe, and added to the rustic charm of the park. The weathered wood and waterfront views make for a great aesthetic, especially if you enjoy photography. Another nice feature is the local businesses nearby. Whether you're looking to grab a beer, a coffee, or something to eat, everything is within a short walking distance. If you're visiting Silverdale and want a relaxing place to take photos, have a picnic, enjoy a family outing, or simply take a peaceful walk by the water, this park is definitely worth a stop.
