We took our computer in to be repaired (replace a mother-board), after the first installation, and…read morestill the system didn't work, the company told us we had to purchase another mother-board, after 3 months the company said the mother-board was lost and they had to order a new one, but in the meantime they had a computer we could be real cheap, so we did. A total of 6 months later, we get our computer back with some other customers information loaded on it, and all the original program delete from out system, which when we took it back to tell them, the owner got very mad, cussed at me, and installed some sub-standard programs that eventually rendered my computer inoperable. I notified the owner that this happened, his son who worked their tried to fix the problem and couldn't, and once again the owner became to hostile with his frustration over the situation that he refunded us $200, which did not pay for my computer that was a $2,700 system, I took it to Geek Squad whom said the system was fried and it would now cost more then it was worth to repair it. Highly disappointed!!!!!!!!!!
