Absolutely terrible customer service, they were super rude. I couldnt get a single sentence in without being interrupted and they were making it very clear they did not care to solve my problem. Come on Walgreens, you can do better. I will not be recommending you going forward. I got a drive through test in June for for my daughter who needed it for a trip. The results were there first thing next morning. Great experience and I'm thinking it must have been a different lab doing the testing at the time. I didn't think twice about using them again when my younger daughter was exposed at school last week. She cannot go back without a negative test and we have been waiting days now for the results. read more

Unfortunately I have to agree with the multiple reviews on this site. Got my daughter tested Saturday after a Covid exposure and have been keeping her out of school since we found out. Not only could we only schedule for Saturday due to limitations in scheduling for our town but we are still waiting for results on Tuesday. Definitely a lesson learned. read more

This lab is terrible. Usually use CVS but could get COVID PCR test at local Walgreeens faster. Faster Apparently is a relative term. Been 3 days and no results, called Walgreens told me to contact Aegis via number listed on paper work. My test was delivered at 10AM (tracking data) day after took test, did t show up as delivered on Aegis website until 7:30 PM. It has been almost 4 days since test and website still says delivered etc but no results. I will never use Walgreens again or Aegis Favilites. read more

Would give it a zero. Don't try to leave a call back because its a scam type system. You press 0 a few times and it goes into some dead end line for extensions. Never got calls back. Emailed got generic copy and paste response so obviously they use bots for a lot of their communication. On the BBB, they are also considered a crap company. Got tested Tuesday and now it's Friday. Pretty sure I am positive but my company needs proof. So guess I will risk others go test AGAIN. Still says they haven't recieved it though Walgreens says they shipped it. Overnight my butt. Screw walgreens and screw Aegis. Won't be using either ever. Should have stuck with CVS. read more

This is the worst Covid testing facility. Walgreens should never sign a service contract with this company. It took me and my daughter 3 days to only find out that there is no results can be handed to us due to some mishandling of samples. There is no sympathy and explanation. This company is extremely unhelpful and inefficient. If I had known the company testing for COVID was sending their tests here I would have gone to Walmart like my husband did. His test came back in 3 days. On day 5 with no results. read more

PCR test results will NOT come in 24 hours, try days or maybe even a week. You could probably contract and recover from covid in the time it takes to get a result from these people read more

Walgreens should have told me the Aegis labs were at least 5 days out when I arrivied for a covid PCR for TRAVEL! I would have gone to CVS who has a 2 day turnaround. Missed my flight as the test was required within 3 days. Seems like a money making operation, they get paid by our tax dollars but do not need to perform! read more

Two people in my family got tests at COVID (two different days) --- after over 3 days, it just keeps saying "results have not been received at the lab". Walgreens says it doesn't track anything and it is just up to Aegis labs. THIS IS HORRIBLE. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS MESS. Shame on you Walgreens and Aegis Labs. read more

Customer service is atrocious; don't get tested with them if you are under time constraints! I got two PCR Covid tests at Walgreens and have been waiting 3-4 days for results - still nothing. The patient portal says the tests have not even been received by the lab yet. When I called their customer service, the customer service rep gave me a speech before giving me an e-mail address to speak to someone about getting my results accelerated (his words) The e-mail address he gave me ended up being bogus and not able to receive e-mails. I had an international flight scheduled for today but had to cancel and re-schedule because I still don't have the test results, and I need them to fly. Please go somewhere else to get your Covid test! read more

HOW IS ZERO NOT AN OPTION?! Aegis and Walgreens - this is awful. We had to make a land border crossing into Canada, had to time the tests to get them back within 72 hours (done in Billings, MT). These organizations claim 24-48 hours for PCR tests. Last night, midnight, still no results at hour 65. If we wait 7 more hours, the test is invalid anyways since it has to be back within 72 hours to comply with ArriveCan requirements. We cross, explaining the labs have not provided results and toast either way. We are put into secondary, and told it's a $5000 FINE PER PERSON for not having the test results. They gave us a warning. AEGIS AND WALGREENS - now it's past 72 hours and no results. RUN A BUSINESS. If you are seeing high demand, you hire accordingly (yes, it's expensive). If you can't scale, then we need a better option ASAP. By the way, AEGIS phone number says to call or email if you don't have your results back in 5 days. WHAT????? read more

COVID test done at Walgreen's for 5 of us in anticipation of a vacation. PCR test required for entry to destination country. Two days later, Aegis says they haven't received lab work and there is a lot of finger pointing and failure to accept responsibility. Walgreen's gives a number for PNW, which is another third party that give results (not the lab). PNW has no idea when we will get results. The say call Aegis. Aegis says they never received samples, call Walgreen's. Walgreen's said they were shipped but they don't have tracking number and it is out of their hands. Call FedEx to try to get tracking number, FedEx says Walgreen's has to call and provide their account number. Complete time waste and total cluster. I would NEVER, EVER use Walgreen's or any other testing site that partners with Aegis/PNW. Our vacation is now in jeopardy and no one cares or will do anything to help. I would give zero stars if this was an option here. read more

I would get this lab zero Stars. Went to Walgreens to get this done on Saturday April 3rd at 9 a.m.. as of Tuesday 8 a.m. the lab is still claiming on their portal the specimen has not been received. We are going on 4 days. I had an international flight to catch last night which I had to miss since I did not have results. It was explained to me by PWN health when I called that various Walgreens use different labs. This time around I unfortunately went to a Walgreens that send their specimens to Aegis. I have used Walgreens on different occasions over the past year for PCR test and received a turnaround time of 12 to 24 hours even during the holiday season but they used LabCorp. Be wary when using Walgreens ask which lab they're sending too. This has been an absolutely horrible experience. PNW told me not to expect the results before Thursday making it almost a week since I had taken the test. read more
