But they never came back 4 days later Every time I call Manny which is my salesman wouldn't pick up or give me the run around also I call his boss and he tell me they are making the fence and wouldn't be coming in until a week. Before I go further, Intermountain Ornamental came highly recommended. After getting the bid and paying the deposit, I was told the railings would be ready in 3 weeks. Three months latee and after a couple of emails telling me they were busy, I was able to schedulenthe installation. I purchased 3 total railings - two interior and one exterior. One of the railings needa to be installed on tile. The estimater failed to tell me that installs into tile is strictly prohibited. I didnt find this out until the installer arrived. Now I have to find someone to install another company's work. I called THREE times to discuss this. I travel a lot for work, so when I got brushed off for the third time, I asked for a ohone call rather than an email. What did I get? Not a phone call, but an email with a pitiful offer of a refund with the statement they don't charge for installs. If that truly is the case, the product is overpriced. I love the railings. They are exactly what I want. I just haven't appreciated the experience. The lack of communication, and the incredible lack of customer service.

After less than five years, it is rusting, peeling and some of the posts are actually disintegrating. It's a terrible product by a company that treats customers poorly. Buyer beware!!!
