The office manager Jean Pierre has no business being an office manager, he is unprofessional, does not stand up for his employees unless they kiss his ass, he is not to be trusted. The AED Briel Rascon is also unprofessional she goes around the office yelling at the employees and patients. This company does not give 2 shits about the patients and only care about the money. Patients are allowed to yell at people in the office and still get what they want. The patients are not held to any standards, all the patient has to do is say they are going to call corporate, and they are handed anything and everything on a silver platter. This facility will not accommodate elderly or disabled individuals. They don't care if you have no transportation, if you have physical disabilities documented by a physician, or live in a rural area. Keep this in mind. If you have cancer they still expect you to drive yourself to their facility and walk into the building to get your dose. They will not give you take homes even in a dire situation. They are federally funded but will not alter policy based on individual needs. I'm suprised they haven't been sued yet. I would discourage anyone from going to this facility. They are clearly violating the ADA. Question. How can you require a mental evaluation to receive take homes, but not one to make the decision to increase your dose? Atmosphere, operations, medical personnel make it growingly difficult to ground and feel significant/supported while recovering. There have been few improvements nonetheless, such as providing additional city/state resources while upgrading their queue system. Management is frequently changing, patient communication is still lacking but It's a start! and a fantastic approach to resolving operational conflict while helping the sick and strayed. What I learned: you are in complete control of your recovery. Fight for your survival ruthlessly prioritizing yourself, because when your "advocates & doctors" fail you, especially in compassion and active listening, it's up to you to take initiative, embody a tranquil atmosphere, and never give up. Oh my goodness. Where do I start? First off I want to say that when an individual's becomes addicted to any type of drug, its already hard enough on them. So for them to get the courage to want to change their lives' and get help is already and step in the right direction. So when they go to a facility seeking help the last thing they need to deal with is rude employees, bad attitudes from staff members, and long wait times because the staff members are standing around, huddled in a group talking about what they are going to do this weekend, what they all want for lunch, etc. I wish I was able to give this establishment, if that's what you want to call it, ZERO stars!!! Now let me tell you about my HORRENDOUS experience with this place. Unfortunately, I have had the displeasure of becoming addicted opiates. My doctor prescribed me them years ago and I had, had enough of them because I was starting to become so addicted I was taking more than my regular dose. Long story short, I had hit rock bottom. So I decided it was time to get some help. I researched on google some places that I was able to receive outpatient treatment. I found this treatment center and even though this places had horrible reviews, I still decided to give it a chance. I was taught to never judge a book by its cover. Anyways, I got up early one morning withdrawing, like the website instructed patients to do, and went over to this place. As soon as I entered, I was immediately greeted by a male employees with a rude demeanor and horrible tonality. He asked "What are you here for? What do you want methadone or Suboxone?" I began telling him this was my first time and I was a little nervous and if he could please explain everything I need to do. He then said "Ma'am please I don't need to hear your whole life story. You should have went on our website and read everything. Here are papers you need to fill out and bring them back up to me.," I was completely appalled by his attitude but there was nothing I could do because I was feeling so sick and could hardly move and just wanted to see the doctor so I could feel better. So I filled out the paperwork and when I came back to turn it in, I politely asked how long the wait was. The employee cut me off and would no let me talk and stated "Ma'am, ma'am please like I told you before I don't need to hear your sob story, everyone comes in with one. Its not my fault you didn't go on our website and read everything. We will call your name when its your turn, now have a seat." I was completely MORTIFIED and EMBARRASSED especially since there were multiple people waiting and could hear everything this rude employee just told me. I started to tear up so I just left and went to my car and started balling my eyes out. I could not believe it. Here I was trying to get help and better my life and I get talked to like this. Well, unfortunately I went home and administered myself my medication I was trying to get off. I felt hopeless. PLEASE!! WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TALKED TO LIKE A CHILD AND EMBARRASSED IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. I've been feeling bad for a while and I learned that the medication was changed. I asked a staff member and they said it was changed a little over a month ago which is when I started feeling bad. The total withdrawal feeling, burning nerves and sweats and all of the symptoms. The problem is I can't see the doctor until November 9th. I'm a cash patient and that's a lot of money to put out to not feel good like I used to. I hope the time goes fast. read more

Mistake after mistake will be your final straw when this place becomes a trigger due to all new rules that only apply to HESPERIA due to takeover by Takesha. No lids on our coffee cups but put out coffee daily with foam cups???(hipocracy at its finest here) Glad a final mistake led to graduating they call it ..lol..keep you there forever is really the goal. After years there the new head of clinic has just taken the rules into her own and plays favorites and if your not one of them forget it. I watched her tell a girl I'm done talking to you and turned and walked away? I know out of context but for the HEAD OF THE WHOLE PLACE. I was tremendously surprised at her demeanor for the BOSS!?? Dont get involved in any of the new policies get in and out cause this place will save you just try to stick to the few nice people working there. It's all new batch 80% of employees mostly African American if that's what you like. Years later there way more places with less RULESthat change weekly to take my 4k a month from insurance...Thsnks for the help you did five me. If I could give ZERO stars I would. If you are considering on applying here, DON'T. Don't even waste your time! Unprofessional working environment, rude employees, poor judgement towards patients, and much more. I used to be a counselor here and man, I would always go above and beyond for my clients but this place would not allow positivity. All management cares about is meeting monthly quota and keeping patients within the clinic, especially those who are ready to move on to the next chapter of their lives. There were a handful of employees here who deserve better and made days better (They know who they are). It's heartbreaking how the wrong individuals are running this place. Front desk medical assistants are very rude and the worst. You can tell they don't enjoy their job or life. Not to mention, one of the security guards thinks as if he is an officer. I had been going to aegis for 6 years . when I first started they had a clinic manager that was stealingbmoney and a dosing nurse stealing our methadone. then we had a new clinic manager crystal and she was awesome and fair. she re all helped the patients and now we have a he manager and he bus very nice but kept very busy and out if clinic 4 times a week. I have been unfairly detoxed by the dr. Aimee I so reccomend you use your rights to choose and tell clinic you Wang dr. mannetta, he is very compassionate to what we go through and is a real addiction specialist dr, Aimee is a Neuro surgeon or was anyways and because i missed group as contracted with her for her to take me off medical detox but do to my daughter being sick an bringing a doctors note in iwas detoxed again within 4 days and now clinic us saying i was never brought back up on dose . i have all paag members behind me kniwing they lied and wrogfully discharged me snd my counselor was upset and out of 12 years 8 with aegis he had never seen anyone put through or kicked out for my bullcrap. if you have a problem and want to stay on with clinic don't complain or try to call, corporate if u feelnwronged because they will retaliate but hopefully because I have witnesses and one employee that works there giving me info I'm hoping they will b outed and reprimanded for their wrong doing. I would reccomend any clinic but this one and going cold turkey is better thAn what they put you through when you have Bern wronged and asking them for help only gets you lied about more.........beware read more
