Guy on the phone (Darren) was an unapologetic troglodyte. Said we had been warned, when we do not possess any formal written notices. Additionally, every guard that has come by whom I have had convos with has noted that the vehicles are ours and remind us to get them parked before we leave. As a security patrol, the job is to protect and serve the community to whom they are employed - this is the most abhorrent action taken.

I wish they cared more about catching the bad guys who are breaking into our cars and houses instead of towing cars away to make us mad and broke. I've lived in the community since 2007 and had never been towed until this year and now have been, twice. It sure doesn't feel like they work for us. If it were up to me, I'd say let's save some money and get rid of Copper Eagle altogether. They certainly don't make our neighborhoods safer.

There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.
