I could not be more thrilled, or satisfied with PROTECTION ALARMS. My business had suffered 2 serious burglaries recently under the protection of another well know and apparently reputable Alarm Company in Los Angeles. That company assured me that I was as well protected as any business could be with their so called state of the art service. When the second burglary happened just two weeks after the first, that company's representative stood in my business dumbfounded with no logical explanation as to how the criminals could possibly have outsmarted their security system. This was absolutely ridiculous to me. Why would they not have suggested all the appropriate new and improved safety measures available to me after the first burglary? I feel so very fortunate that a wonderful friend and security expert introduced me to PROTECTION ALARMS. My fashion boutique is 4,000 square feet with large wrap around floor to ceiling glass windows to the street which were are greatest threat of entry points. Honest, patient and kind is how I would describe Paul and how he dealt with my crazy situation this past week. While adding some electrical switches, my handyman drilled through an alarm wire which shorted out my alarm system and keypads and began a snowball effect of random but serious issues.
