I felt his quote was very reasonable and I booked it that day. This was 6 months out from our trip. I received an email confirmation the same day I did the contract and then a txt message a week out from the trip to confirm once again and also the name of the driver. Lenny the driver txt me he was on his way and then came into the lobby to assist with our luggage. Once at the port he got us right up to the cruise port check and again handled all of our luggage. He couldn't get through and when he went on line, it said there was nothing available. How can they justify when it was booked. He had to find a friend to give him a ride. It was very inconvenient. Pretty bad customer service. I don't recommend this service. Try and find something else. Just got word that my son missed his flight because of this company not picking him up. He now has to get a hotel room. He is furious as am I. Horrible customer service. I tried calling them but got no response after waiting 20 minutes on the phone.
