The pricey job was never entered into the dispatch system. Phones are not answered. After leaving voicemails another car was sent so late, flight was nearly missed. For the return pick-up, again, no car arrived and no phones answered. After emailing, almost an hour late a story came out that the Owner- George- has brain damage and a compact car was sent to carry three passengers and the same seven bags which were originally transported. I guess they thought the suitcases would not be returning with the guests. Now the family us missing and the company won't answer the phone. The Police are involved and are also being ignored.
